New Year = New Features
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all FreeIndex Business Members a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year! Over Christmas our support team will be having a well earned break, and as such support tickets may not get answered until January the 3rd, when normal service will be resumed.
New Year - New Features
As ever FreeIndex continues to develop. In January we will be releasing Search Tags, which will allow you to specify up to 15 Keyword tags that are designed to help you get found more easily on FreeIndex and on the internet in general.
FreeIndex has about 4000 categories, but there are millions of terms that people search for, and so over time we believe this will improve the directory for everyone.
For example your business may be in the category ‘Plumbers’, but you may also want to be found for ‘Radiator Installation’, ‘Pipe Fitting’, ‘Emergency plumber’, ‘Corgi Registered’ etc. Search tags will allow you to do this.
Premium Members will see new features coming online early next year, and we are currently also testing Photo Reviews which we expect to be ready in January.

Sounds good, as currently with the "quite System " in our area, its just a case of first past the post. I received a text at 18.58, logged in immediately, but there were already 6 responses, the last two having made it in together at 19.06, so by 19.08 I was too late! This may seem efficient, but is not always going to supply the right wedding photographer for the individual concerned. Hopefully your search terms will help so they no longer have to rely on the lottery of quickest fingers...
