Elaine was absolutely fabulous, crazy and wonderful! Exactly my kind of person, and EXACTLY the person to take the photos for our Big Day! She was continually snapping away throughout the entire day and evening… Whilst chatting to guests and making everyone feel at ease. This enabled her to get real life shots and real life situations. Laughter, fun and love were captured in every shot! We would not have chosen any other photographer and would certainly recommend her. Five stars *'s all the way. Thanks again Elaine.

I can't begin to describe the professionalism we received from Elaine and Jorge it's hard to put into words what a great job they did in putting our special day together. I am so glad that after numerous phone calls to find someone suitable to film an Asian wedding properly I came across reel Life Photos. I was over the moon as They also understood all the traditions that come with an Asian wedding. Elaine and Jorge both were so welcoming and friendly people that they fitted right in with the family and guests and it seemed as if we'd known them for years. They are genuine and very kind hearted people who take all your recommendations and opinions and do whatever they can to make you happy even if it's last minute. The pictures and video both Elaine and George took are so good quality that all family members and guests that have seen them and the way they do their work have commented on how amazing their work is and want them to film and photograph their special events too. Elaine and Jorge both did so much to make my day special I cannot thank them enough through words they both worked so hard on the film and photos as due to a family problem I needed it much sooner than they could do it but they understood my situation so well and related with me more than even a family member would. Overall I cannot put into words the amazing work that both Elaine and Jorge do for their customers I'm very much lost for words as they are so good at what they do. My husband and I had decided to get married in the Ice Hotel, Sweden; our dream wedding destination, but very much in the middle of nowhere, so a big challenge to get photographers. Worse still, was our timing; it was between Christmas and New Year, a few photographers said yes. Until they found out the dates. I started to loose hope, then stumbled upon the reellifephotos website, where there were even pictures of the IceHotel! From the moment I filled in an online interest form on Elaine's website, I knew she was the right choice. She promptly rang me back and we chatted for ages like old friends, both clearly on the same wavelength; sharing a love of travelling, different experiences and cultures. The timing was no problem; she'd get there somehow. Elaine is reliable, artistic, super friendly and flexible. She has some great ideas which resulted in some amazing pictures which I would never have considered. She is also happy to do any thing you want to. The crazier, often the more fun the picture. She'll capture it. I really enjoyed creating the pictures, even though it was minus 30C on our wedding day. She's experienced in working in different climates, coming prepared for the complications of changing between extreme temperatures, the different lighting requirements and the power draining properties of the cold. She even came to our blessing a month later (which she terms our 'second wedding'!) and did it all again. To top it all, she managed to get our 'two weddings' into one album, which has come back amazing. We're delighted by it. In summary, Elaine (and her lovely husband should you choose a bespoke video memory), don't simply result in a photo album, but an amazing set of memories that you create WITH them. I was searching for a professional photographer willing to travel abroad for my wedding in The Gambia and came across Elaine’s website – Reel Life Photos. After discussing what I wanted over the telephone we both thought it was important to meet in person. Elaine invited my mum and I over to her house and she baked us a lovely lemon cake, my mum also brought a Gambian stew. We were at her house for a long time eating, chatting, laughing and looking at wedding photos giving us an idea of how she worked. When Elaine arrived in Gambia she was quite at home, everyone thought she had known my family for years as she blended in so nicely and was eager to learn about the cultures and traditions. Elaine is a very warm and friendly person who takes pride in her work. She makes everyone feel happy being around her and it truly reflects on her pictures. It has now been many months since our wedding, but the photos and DVD from Elaine and Jorge bring it right back as if it were yesterday and have brought so much joy to all our friends and family. Elaine is such a wonderful photographer and my husband and I are very thankful that a friend recommended Elaine and Jorge for our wedding photos and DVD. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone wanting to capture not only the people and events of a special day, but more importantly the whole atmosphere and essence. Elaine very skilfully captured the warm and happy moments from our wedding. We had very few staged shots, which is exactly how we wanted it to be, but instead Elaine was always in the right place to get some gentle and relaxed shots, from the lovely warmth and intimacy of the ceremony, the laughter of the speeches, us having a great time with our guests, right through to some funny party shots! Elaine knew exactly where the best light, angle, use of the venue etc. To capture some truly magical moments. And the albums have been very cleverly crafted - a real masterpiece. The backgrounds and designs are absolutely spectacular. Elaine took such care and attention, the very few suggestions we had on the order of photos were very quickly taken care of. From the very first look at the photos on Reel Life Photos website to the very first telephone call with Elaine, I was bowled over by the creative and business genius that is Reel Life Photos. Within seconds (not minutes) I knew I had found the photographer and Videographer of my dreams. On our wedding day itself (in the woods! ), Elaine and Jorge were not only unobtrusive and utterly professional but were magical in their approach to us and this made for completely unstaged and natural photographs and film. Thank you for the fantastic wedding album you produced of my daughter Sara's wedding, I know they have taken a long time to actually collect it but it was worth the wait, I have just been looking through our old wedding photos, back in 1976 we could only just afford the wedding never mind a decent photographer, what a difference there is in the quality, presentation and the way Sara's photo's were taken, just goes to show what a good photographer with the right equipment can do! I would not hesitate to recommend you, thanks once again.
