I came across Graham’s business on Google while searching for “Powerflushing York” and decided to get in touch after visiting his website. From the first call, he was approachable and knowledgeable, and after I explained what I thought we needed, he kindly arranged to come out the following week. It turned out our entire eight-radiator system was heavily clogged with sludge, but Graham was absolutely brilliant throughout. He clearly explained what was going on, identified that we needed a new pump, and took the time to walk me through the whole process - from how the system works thermally, to cleaning the feed and expansion tank, and showing how the magnets remove the sludge. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy to deal with. You can really tell his experience and expertise are second to none. He calmly diagnosed and resolved several issues over what ended up being a very long day, without ever rushing. The difference is night and day - our heating has gone from about 15% effectiveness to working at 100%, and the price was extremely reasonable too. I honestly couldn’t recommend Graham highly enough. Graham was quick to respond. Very efficient, honest about pricing and what it would cover. My tenant said the heaters have never been as hot after he did the flush. I'm not sure about pricing (I didn't shop round) but I can't fault him based on what I've seen/heard/experienced.

Received a powerflush today, excellent service which visibly removed a lot of contamination from the system and right away improved my heating, for a reasonable payment. Graham was also friendly, explained the work and provided some tips heating system maintenance. Very good, that's all one can really ask for - Mac.

Graham worked his magic at our Community Building. Half of the radiators weren't working and the system was inefficient. Graham gave a thorough assessment and before we committed and we all agreed that a flush would be beneficial to extend the life of our existing system. The work was done promptly and no mess, the results were excellent, radiators that have been cold for years are now working properly and the whole system feels revived. Graham couldn't have been more helpful.

I would highly recommend Graham's service. Our heating system had a serious blockage and we thought the only answer would be a new boiler.
