Tony removed our very old galvanised water tank which was in a difficult position. The only access was above the bath. It was too large to come out in one piece and he cut it as necessary without making any mess other than a little dust which he cleaned up after. He managed a very difficult job without damaging our bath or tiling. He replaced it with a modern plastic one and put the lagging on for us. He also did a repair on our kitchen taps. Tony needed 2 visits for this job and arrived on time. He charged a more than reasonable price. We are very pleased with Tony's work. Tony was a really great and wonderful help. He came to help me with my temperamental water heating system even though I called him on such short notice and I really appreciated it. I have called other companies and have been asked to schedule an appointment even after explaining that it was urgent, but Tony really saved the day by stopping by even though he had important family plans. He was really patient in checking and observing the heating system even though I was not sure of the problem at all. Would definitely recommend Tony to anybody.

Tony provided excellent service. His communication was brilliant, he was very thorough in discovering the issues with a leak in our ceiling and provided plenty of information on how to solve them. Tony is a plumber who has all his priorities right! His main concern is customer satisfaction. Jobs are a personal challenge to him; he wants to walk away knowing he has completed the job to the best of his ability. Tony is committed, thorough and genuine. He cannot work miracles - as in my case, having a virtually defunct heating system - but when he leaves, you are left knowing that he tried his utmost and he also gives you sound advice. Tony left me with the best possible solution for my circumstances and I was completely happy. He was exceptional value for money, having spent more or less THE WHOLE DAY at my house.

I would highly recommend NB Plumbing and Heating! Tony first came around because I had no hot water. He sorted out the problem with the boiler very quickly and showed me how everything worked for future reference. My shower was also broken and needed replacing (the old shower was completely crumbling and appeared to be leaking behind the tiles). Tony gave me a quote for the job and started work on it very quickly. After the tiles were taken off we could see that it was a real mess because it had been leaking for a long time. He assured me that it would all be put right and he was true to his word. He did every thing to a really high spec and made sure every thing was finished off perfectly. I now have a fantastic new shower!Tony put in a lot of extra work to get the shower all finished before I went on holiday. A friend of a friend recommended Tony and I'm glad they did. He was quick to respond to any issues I had and was punctual and considerate towards any work. Very competitive rates were offered and the work was done to a very good spec. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Have used NB Plumming twice now. 1. Boiler problem was sorted promptly. 2. Toilet leak also promptly sorted. Always friendly and helpful, didn't replace parts if not needed.

3rd June 2012Replacement of hot water cylinder and pipes. Excellent job done quickly and neatly for a fair and honest price. Tony goes the extra mile for customers - highly recommended. 12th May 2012Replacement of faulty immersion heater including difficult removal of old heater. Arrived on time, workers polite, friendly and professional. They protected surrounding area with dustsheets and cleaned up after their work. All done at a reasonable price.

Tony was punctual, professional, and efficient. He and his assistant worked conscientiously and did a thorough and tidy job. We were very happy to have found a trustworthy tradesman who took such pride in his work,and would have no hesitation in using him again.

November 2011:Another job well done by Tony! He just completed a full bathroom refurbishment for me which included a 3 sided shower enclosure. This job was not without difficulties and Tony handled any problems that arose with professionalism. His workmanship is excellent and thanks to him I have a lovely new bathroom! I cannot rate him highly enough and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone. July 2011:Tony installed a new boiler and upgraded our current system. Tony fitted a complete bathroom suite for me, this included a shower unit. The job carried out lasted a period of two /three days, during this time I found Tony to be informative, efficient and punctual. Tony shows his extensive knowledge in his job and is willing to give positive advice. I will certainly be using Tony again. I can not rate him highly enough.

We recently used NB Plumbing to have our boiler serviced, although we have been using this company for a few years now. Tony's workmanship is excellent, always punctual, reliable and very trust worthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Our plumber, Tony, from this company has been absolutely brilliant. We originally called him in for a quote on replacing a cylinder heating, fixing a stopcock, and replacing a shower unit (having just moved into our new flat) - he was thorough, used no jargon, was polite, and efficient - and provided an itemised bill for us including separate parts and labour. Having found him we have had to call him out for other issues in the house and he has always been incredibly helpful, has come out within the same day (including weekends and evenings) and is always very professional and polite. His work has been very reasonably priced and we have never found reason not to trust him. I'd recommend him to anyone. Always makes a real effort to help and never overstates or ignores a problem; also runs through every issue and solution step by step so you exactly what work he's doing and why (a very much appreciated approach for those of us who have a tad of common sense but no plumbing knowledge). A definite 10/10.

I used Tony to conduct my annual boiler maintenance. He was very efficient and friendly, surprisingly he was also a lot cheaper than the company I had been using in the past. I heard about Tony through word of mouth and was particularly impressed that he took time out to see me in West London even though he lives in North London. I will definitely be using Tony again and will recommend him to all my friends.
