We had a problem with a laptop running really slow, a few messages later and Rich dialed in and sorted all the gremlins out, computer was as good as new again, Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant customer service; very efficient, speedy response and great repair. I needed a screen repair for my sons Asus gaming laptop and it was done within a couple of days. Would defo recommend to anyone and would defo use again if needed!

Richard was amazing in helping clear my pc of a pesky virus. He was always willing to talk about the problem and flexible in dropping off/collecting my pc. Had a broken LCD screen fixed and had hinges fixed for free. Great service, flexible and would definitely recommend. Also much cheaper than other places (believe me, I looked far and wide).

I thought the hinge on my laptop was broken, and was very pleased with the price I was quoted for a repair. I was even more pleased to receive an email the next day saying that the hinge was just loose and the repair was complete already! Could not be happier with the speed, cost and service.

I had run out of disk-space on my trusted IBM Lenovo laptop and was contemplating buying a my machine. Using Google, I found My Local I. T Guy. Richard was able to install a much bigger disk (transferring all the installed programs and data to the new drive) and also installed a lot more memory. It now has a new lease of life! My laptop was collected from near a client's offices where I was working at a time convenient to me and the upgrade was done speedily and was ready for me to collect exactly when promised. If need arises, I will use the services of My local IT guy again.

I called up and could bring in my laptop an hour later. The service was friendly and professional, and very god value for money. Richard took the time to explain different aspects of the security and maintenance of my laptop. I would recommend and definitely use again.

I was very impressed with the level of service/consultation received from My Local IT Guy. The problem was fixed in a short period of time, but I was impressed with the consultative approach I received about protecting/maintaining my laptop for the future. I was given ideas of where to buy products thatwere compatible with my computer, but saved me money, and was also advised about some of the problematic software which existed on my system. The cost of the whole service was excellent, and I would not hesitiate in using the service again.

Googled laptop repairs and found Richard. Cannot give him enough praise. He kept me updated regularly with the ongoing repair. Sourced genuine parts for much less than would be expected. Quality of work was exceptional and the price for the overall work is so competitive. I will be recommending him to my family and friends without hesitation.

My Local I. T Guy fixed my Sony Vaio for me in under 24hours, replacing my broken LCD screen and screen hinges. They ordered the new screen and hinges right in front of me while I was there on the Monday and on the Tuesday the parts arrived and my laptop was fixed. I still cant believe these guys repaired what I was about the throw in a skip, for half the estimated cost that PC world quoted me, and in less than 24 hours too.

I came across My Local IT Guy through google and a quick look at this website helped me decide to take my poorly laptop there. Richard was extremely helpful, and was around for me to drop it off on a bank holiday. The work was completed quickly, a tricky job done perfectly, and the final cost was about half the price of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Whilst I hope I won't need to use My Local IT Guy again, I won't hesitate to if I needed something doing to my laptop. A very happy customer.

I had a very annoying virus on my laptop, I. T guy not only got rid of it but cleared my security programmes and downloaded a better one onto my laptop to keep me better protected. I. T guy explained everything he was doing which gave me confidence in his ability to address the problem. He was also very friendly and this allowed me to ask questions about any other concerns that I had. I felt that he gave me very good advice and I am very happy with the service I received.

It's was an absolute pleasure to find Richard from My Local IT Guy on Google and have him repair my two laptops. I sought a number of alternative quotes, all of which were completely extortionate, before finding Richard and to find someone so down-to-earth and genuinely honest was incredibly refreshing. One laptop had broken hinges; the other a cracked lid. The alternative quotes came in at over GBP400. 00 for both and My Local IT Guy did both for just over GBP100. 00 including parts. I can't recommend My Local IT Guy highly enough and have no hestitation in recommending them to others.
