I can’t thank Don enough for all his patience, kindness and support. Don made me feel totally at ease during my lessons and we had many laughs learning along the way. Having recently passed its bittersweet to say I won’t see him again, but that is just testament to what a brilliant instructor he is. A great teacher and a true professional. Thank you Don .

Don Harris was so good with my son who is Autistic. He gave us great advice to help him. We chose to use our own car for the driving test and Don came over in his own time to make sure our car was ready and he even came and waited with us on the day if the test. My son passed second time, Don helped him to beat his nerves.

Don is a fantastic driving instructor and I’ll always be grateful for his help. I’d had a difficult time with my previous instructor (who was rather negative), and the process of learning to drive had felt like a miserable chore. Don was completely different—kind, patient, wise, and funny. Not only did I enjoy the lessons, but my driving and my confidence really improved with his help. He’s a very skilled teacher and will find a way to put you at your ease and have you driving at your full potential. I’m even a little bit sad now that I’ve passed because I’ll miss driving around with him!

When I first started my driving I wasn’t very confident with using driver instructors because of my past experiences but with don he made me feel comfortable, he was patient and had more confidence in me then I did myself, he also helpes with your theory and with using don I passed first time on both.

Choosing Don was the right decision. He's very patient and calm whilst also pushing you to achieve your goals. He manages to adapt his teaching style to get the best out of you. The fact that he's also a very kind and genuine bloke is just a bonus. I recently had some refresher driving lessons as I hadn't driven for many years. Don at Hallmark Driving School was a great instructor, very helpful and informative and really puts you at ease.

Don was very helpful and taught me everything that I should know I went into my test confident because of his lessons. I would definitely recommend him. He is such a nice and lovely man and easy to get along with.

Before I meet don I had an instructor that didn’t care and was negative towards me, I was introduced to Don and things from that point changed completely he took me under his wing and started with basics, he has now taken me from not being able to even do the basics to being able to drive at a very good level, he works at your pace and is supportive with everything including giving access to a theory platform for free, I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking to start driving lessons.

I had around 60 hours of lessons and every single one was an absolute pleasure, Don’s main attributes are his patience and calmness when teaching, which made me feel safe at all times under his instruction He constantly provided me with tips, coaching and feedback to put into practice for future lessons. Another big positive is the amount of time per lesson I actually spent driving which with Don was about 50 minutes of a 1hr lesson, believe me some instructors will spend over 20 minutes talking about it rather than you doing it and that’s time your paying for, Don gave me so much constructive feedback and showed so much confidence in me that I felt positive behind the wheel. I passed 2nd time, should have been first time but I made a silly mistake on the day, nothing any instructor can do about that I can’t recommend Don highly enough and whilst I’m obviously pleased to be independent now I’ll certainly miss my weekly time with Don!

Don was a very patient and caring driving instructor. Great value lessons which were tailored to my daughter around college and working hours. Also he gave my daughter the opportunity to drive for the big learner relay in support of children in need which was a fantastic learning experience. I know she will miss her lessons but thanks him for sending her off on her driving adventures safely. .
