Even from the quote being given Winters Heating were very accommodating, in getting someone round the same day as my call, despite it being a Sunday. The quote was received very quickly and was very competitive. In addition to this, we were also recommended to use Winters Heating so chose to go with them. Mark arrived on day on the day of the install and was very polite and professional. Mark got straight to work and declined a cuppa as he said he likes to get some work done before having a brew. Mark was very thorough and just got on with things. He was also very conscientious and brought his own dust sheets to protect the furniture within the room. He gave us all the relevant health and safety advice following the install. He was by far cheaper than all the other quotes we were given, however this does not show in his work. He was top notch and takes pride in his work and delivered a beautiful finish. Mark carried out a full sweep, lined the chimney, installed the new stove and put a cap on the top of the chimney. Susanna at winters heating was also very helpful when being contacted in reference to what was needed from us as the customers and what we needed to purchase. To anyone looking to have a new burner fitted this is the company to go with, I could not recommend Mark and Winters heating enough!Moreexpand_more

Wow! No need to shop around, if you are looking for a HETAS registered installer for your new wood burning stove then look no further. I was recommended Winters Heating by a friend and now I know why, from start to finish Mark and Susanna are kind, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to, no question too silly, and always available to help. Mark attended to install my wood burner and took time to check everything was correct for installation, work was carried out in a timely manner, not rushed and with the utmost respect to my property. Once completed, aftercare advice was really appreciated and Mark had lots of suggestions. I am over the moon with my stove, thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

Dealing with Susanna and Mark was a pleasure. They were so Knowledgeable, and gave us so much help and advice prior to doing our installation. From the first visit to quote the job, to the day that we had our wood burner installed, Mark was very professional, nothing was ever a problem and he had a very positive and can-do approach to the job. I was very pleased to have my new log burner installed by Winters heating. Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some good advice prior to purchasing the stove. I received their quote quickly and we were able to arrange the installation shortly after the stove delivery. Mark worked efficiently and tidily with the instillation. Can’t fault the service provided by Winters heating. Mark expertly replaced an old wood burner which hadn’t been installed to a good/safe standard (likely a DIY job by previous house owner). Mark is an efficient, tidy worker and very knowledgable. Susanna was also a great help in answering my many questions before the installation.
