We were very pleased with the work that they did and the finished product. Ours is a small bathroom and they were knowledgeable about what would work and were able to suggest some tweaks when they actually did the job. They came when they said they would come and completed the job in the timescale very efficiently with no fuss. We would highly recommend them.

Steve and the team fitted the bathroom quickly and efficiently. In fact they went the extra mile when the tiles I ordered did not turn up. Steve helped me to improve the design which gave more space and I could not be happier.

We had 1 shower room and 1 en-suite completely refitted by Steve and team at Bathroom Fitters UK just before Christmas last year. Not only did Steve respond quickly to my enquiry, he also visited our property and issued a quote before others had even responded to our enquiry. When receiving the quote he provided advice and suggestions and even gave guidance on where to source materials. This we found extremely helpful and useful and saved a lot of time and effort for us. Steve also scheduled the work to be done within weeks, which was amazing, and when the work started they did it really quickly with both rooms stripped out and redone within 8 days. Again we found this really fantastic. Steve always gave us advice and was open to our requests and we found his service and workmanship to be top notch. The quality of finish was excellent and when we did have one issue shortly after he immediately came back to rectify it without any fuss and in fact went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We obtained 3 quotations for a complete refurb of our ensuite and Steve's quote was competitive. I also liked the fact that he essentially gave us a shopping list and recommended local suppliers, some of whom we could get the benefit of his discount. This made it really easy for us. He listened to our requirements and came up with options and ideas to consider and there was no "sucking in of cheeks" when I asked if we could move some piping. He arrived promptly on the agreed day with his son and brother and they basically never seemed to stop! Steve contacted the main supplier as there were a couple of minor issues with damaged/faulty items saving me the hassle. They took great care to protect our property whilst working and tidied everything up each day. The job was completed really quickly (which was great as I hated being without the shower) and to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We approached a number of companies to remove a bath and shower and install an invalidity style shower when my husband developed Motor Neuron Disease. Bathroom Fitters UK Ltd, was the only company who were willing to provide a shower room to meet our specific needs rather than a off the shelf solution. They were totally professional in terms of their quotation and all aspects of the installation including some modifications which we requested after they had started the job. The installation was carried out efficiently and with minimum disruption. Employees were very friendly and considerate. Also when compared to other companies, Bathroom Fitters UK provided the best value for money.

Recently had a wet room installed by Steve, Paul and Jay. We are really pleased with end result and the team worked extremely hard, cleaned up every evening to ensure minimum disruption and the attention to detail was superb. The team were never short of ideas, and whilst they were willing to do whatever we asked, they were quick to point out if they thought there was a better way. Had existing bathroom refurbished i. E. Retiled and all new fittings fitted. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would and did an excellent job. I was able to discuss and clarify things with them and made a couple of mods to suit without being told "that'll cost yer! " All in all we are very pleased with the job. Well done lads!
