Steve is ‘simply the best’ decorator around. Over the years he has decorated my whole house in stages. His preparation is thorough even on what looks like a simple job. He cleaned the ceilings and walls as they were smoke damaged from candles, he prepared the surfaces using specialist paints to prevent bleed through then applied matt paint to walls and ceiling and undercoat and gloss to woodwork. He repaired and enhanced the whole room with his attention to detail. Steve is always polite and courteous, keeping me updated as to what he has done and what still needs to be done. He is clean and tidy and 100% reliable. He is master of his trade and is happy to share ideas about furnishing and lighting if needed. My home is a lighter brighter tidier version of itself now and I am happier as a result. I would recommend him to anyone for all different painting and decorating jobs. His work is of the highest standard, and he even went above and beyond to fix issues caused by poor plastering, not to mention various other bits of remedial work that was required. Steve has completed work to a very high quality repainting my open plan kitchen and dining room. There was considerable water damage to the ceiling and walls following a leak and Steve showed great care in correcting it, dealing with the stains and repainting and it now looks as good as new. Steve is very conscientious and trustworthy and I would highly recommend.

Steve’s most recent job for us was a repaint of the kitchen/diner. We chose a bold plum to contrast with a more neutral colours and have had many compliments on the quality of the finish. Steve comes highly recommended and will always go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy.

This is the second time that Steve has done some work for us and it certainly won't be the last! Despite the job being very difficult, Steve has completed the work to the highest standard and has completely transformed our bedroom. Wouldn’t use anyone else ! Steve decorated our kitchen and utility rooms. He remedied faults and painted walls, ceilings, woodwork and radiators and as always we were delighted with the results. He is clean and tidy and very approachable and professional. He talked us through every step of the way and listened to our requirements.

Steve has decorated my open plan kitchen, living, dining room for me following a kitchen make over. I chose Dulux Rock Salt and Craig and Rose Stone Charcoal. The Rock Salt went on very smoothly. The Stone Charcoal was a textured paint requiring a lot of application and numerous layers. Steve worked really hard to get it right even declaring at one point if he didn’t I wouldn’t have to pay him! It has turned out beautifully thanks to Steve’s diligence and perseverance. I think many a decorator would have given up. I’ve already booked him to do my bedroom………. In September, that’s how sought after he is.

Yet another excellent job; this time to an attic bedroom. Always punctual, clean and tidy, and professional, Steve has worked hard with attention to detail to transform a bad diy decorating disaster into something almost miraculous. This room was previously a diy sos job and a week later it was revamped into a sophisticated clean and fresh space worthy of a TV show.
