Thank you to all at Dignity! From initial phone call and call back to appointment and cremation and ashes collection, everyone is kind, considerate and compassionate and little touches make all the difference. I knew I wanted Archie to go to Dignity and am so pleased we did. He and us, have been so well cared for and I’m so glad his last moments were there and that we were able to attend at the gorgeous brick kiln and be able to spend time in the gardens Thank you x.
After losing my sons dog winnie 18 months ago which broke all our hearts but dignity make his passing just a little bit easier on us. So after losing our beloved bella last week dignity took over her being collected from the vets and cremated with such care and love which we so wanted for her. So thankyou dignity for your total love and care which you showed to our beautiful bella and us as a family. X.
On the 14th October, we sadly said our final goodbye to our beloved beautiful girl, Poppy. We lost our little Man Hector in 2022, we had Dignity take care of Hectors cremation, as we have recently done with Poppy. In the space of 2 years, choosing Dignity was the best decision we could have made. For poppy, we had a while to say our goodbyes before Mick came to take her away in peace, he was compassionate and professional, through out this sad time. He let me help put Poppy into the bed she was taken away in, let myself and the family, say our final goodbyes with no rush. He was amazing and we cannot thank him enough. He came to our home with such respect, explained he had been with Dignity for a little while now and how much Dignity cares for their customers in more ways than most crematoriums. Which although we already knew this from Hectors passing, made myself as well as the whole experience for my family, feel cared for in more ways than we could have hoped for. On Friday 25th myself and my dad picked up Poppy’s ashes. We were both very emotional and trying to keep it together. We met the current owner who looked after us, he was a very kind gentleman and we are grateful to have met him. We spoke about poppy for a while, it was tough and we broke down, but the whole time he was understanding and cared for us. He explained his parents were the owners before, gave us background on Dignity, how they treat staff and all the special memorabilia available they have on sight. Including a walking area which looked absolutely beautiful from what we saw. We didn’t stay to look as we were not in the right frame of mind to do so, but I would highly recommend to do so. On behalf of myself and my family, we would like to thank Dignity for how they looked after us and took care of our beloved beagle pups. We will now have memories forever of them both, thanks to Dignity and their team. We will forever be grateful for how caring, loving and compassionate the whole team were towards us and all the condolences we have received from them. .Moreexpand_more
After two years of my pet being cremated at Dignity I have final brought myself to open the bag and hold the lovely little pouch with dried flowers on the side, inside was a lovely candle with a lid saying love in remembrance I am sitting here with the candle lit thinking how lovely all the staff were to us at the saddest of times. I really feel I have let go tonight and can smile at the joy he gave us for 11 years. Thank you dignity.
Can’t thankyou all enough for the amazing care of my boy, The grounds, staff and service we received from Dignity Pet Crematorium in Hook was beyond outstanding - the professionalism, natural love and care shown by all staff especially Kevin was something I will never forget - “thankyou” doesnt seem enough. Everything was explained even down to the bag containing my boys ashes and paw prints everything was broken down which made it easier and even got given a candle and some seeds the little touches honestly went a long way ? Im so grateful for all your help and support and making the process as easiest as it can for me? .
We sadly had to have our beautiful, brave Labrador Poppy put to sleep at short notice, I always knew that I would use Dignity but due to everything happening so quickly over a Saturday and Poppy going to rainbow bridge on Monday I hadn’t been able to arrange anything. I had left a voicemail on Sunday and first thing on Monday a lovely lady called us and arranged everything that I had wanted. When we arrived at Dignity we were met by another amazing lady who met us and arranged Poppy to be taken to a lovely comfortable room to say our final goodbye, we weren’t rushed and she totally understood my tears. We had arranged to take Poppy’s ashes home the same day, we arrived early to collect her so we had a walk around the beautiful peaceful gardens. All the staff that we met were so respectful, friendly and helpful, you really could not ask more from a team of people. When it was our time to collect Poppy we went to the “Home Coming” building that was warm, relaxing and again amazing staff. The lovely lady totally understood how hard it was to collect Poppy’s ashes, again not rushed. I wish I could remember peoples names but the whole team from the owner (thank you for you advice as we were leaving) to Mia the beautiful dog we met, everyone was respectful, friendly and understanding - thank you x. Compared to other places which I have heard people talk about, Dignity was very good value and the service exceptional. Please remember you don’t have to use the cremation service your vets provide, you can ask to use Dignity.Moreexpand_more
I lost my beautiful girl 3 weeks ago, I have found that as this lovely company will treat your departed pets better than a humans death! Fabulous staff ( very caring). Do I have anything negative to say only that they said what a lovely girl, but I had to correct them yes she was ! Absolutely a great company, better than my vets that left me alone to do all this heart breaking buisness! Five out of five stars.
Recently we lost our little Angel, Frodo. He was a Yorkie who was with our family for almost 18 years. Although he was long lived and his passing was to be expected, the loss was felt just as keenly. I searched all local options for cremation of Frodo and found none that really struck me. It was then that I found Dignity Pet Crematorium. Despite being over 1 1/2 hours away from me my mind was made up. The amount of effort and care that went into the website was my first good impression. The day came to take Frodo to Dignity. We made the drive and arrived 20 minutes early. I was stood near my car trying to keep myself together, when a kind gentleman came up to me. He told me the story about the original owners of the crematorium and their ashes remaining in the grounds. He introduced himself as the current owner and son of the originals. His calm and compassionate demeanour immediately put me at ease and I started to talk to him about Frodo, myself breaking down in the process. This positive and compassionate attitude was mirrored by all the staff we encountered and even the clients we saw during our visit. I knew I had made the right choice. The business is the epitomy of a friendly, professional, family run establishment, even down the the calming presence of the owners ginger cat roaming the grounds. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Kevin and his team. I cannot recommend Dignity Pet Crematorium enough and I hope they continue to serve our furry friends interests for many years to come.Moreexpand_more
Sorry this review is late, we lost our beloved cat in late dec 23 aged 19! The staff were so lovely and caring wanted to know all about Ziggy, they collected him from our vets. And we asked for him to be taken back there so we could collect his ashes. The only comment I would make is that when they bought him back to the vets. We got a text message rather than a phone call. Which I feel let them down on their otherwise amazing service, felt slightly like a notification from DPD.

On the 22 February we lost our beautiful little Frenchie Doyle we had nearly 11 years with him, he was a kind, funny little chap. We contacted Dignity to help us arrange Doyle’s final farewell journey and they were respectful, kind and very supportive, Doyle was in safe hands, he has gone to heaven to be with his best friend Seamus the Boxer RIP boys .
I’m writing this review to recommend Dignity to anyone needing their services, from the first phone call we made we were treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism. All the staff that we dealt with were wonderful and understood the depth of our loss. We felt that this was the best send off we could have given our beloved and much missed 17yr old dog. On the day the lovely lady that brought us into the farewell room was so understanding and we both felt comfortable leaving Pixie in her care. From the lovely calm surroundings when you arrive and the compassionate understanding staff I would recommend Dignity highly, thank to everyone involved for making an awful day just that bit easier for us.
I would like to thank your wonderful staff for the excellent care Kilo had whilst in your care, I lost her on the 14th of Jan, this year and Tracey was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much bother for her if I needed to speak to her, the whole process was made a whole lot easier by her. Thank You.
Thank you to all the team for the kindness you showed us when we brought our Labrador Lily last week. Your thoughtfulness helped us through a very sad time.

Thank you to Dignity Pet Crematorium for all the efforts to make my 11 year old boxer Chica’s last journey as beautiful and peaceful as possible, looking after her with true dignity and care. I am grateful to all the staff for your support at this difficult time. Thank you.
A wonderful service from start to finish by Tracy who cared for my Bella ( springer spaniel ) aged 13. 5 years on the 12/9/23 - 13/9/23. A heart breaking time for me but I took great comfort in knowing Bella was looked after and treated with respect throughout her short journey at Dignity. Thank you to Tracy and the staff for caring for Bella and providing such a wonderful send off for her.
My lovely girl Wednesday became very ill and I had to make the horrible decision to let her sleep so she didn't suffer. Dignity were amazing and telephoned me to let me know she was safe with them. I went to see her and took her favourite bed and put her in it. All the staff at Dignity from the lady were so kind to me. I was driving away I realised I hadn't kissed goodbye and I went back. The girl who answered the door was lovely and took me through to the farewell room and went and got Wednesday. I was able to kiss her goodbye. When I went to collect her ashes again the staff were so empathic and kind. Dignity looked after my girl Wednesday so well. Thank you so much for all your kindness.Moreexpand_more
