Contacted Paul at very short notice to reconfigure a pipe that was in the way of a carpenter who was completing different work. Paul pulled out all the stops to ensure Charlie could attend and complete the necessary for me in super quick time. Chaie as always was cheery polite and great to have working for us. I had an urgent issue with my central heating system and had also let my boiler service lapse. I contacted Paul in the evening at The Heating Expert and he dropped what he was doing to ensure that he could help me out. A few minutes later Charlie was booked in to visit my property at 7am the very next morning. Absolutely unreal service from Paul and Sheldon. They tried their absolute hardest to get us up and running coming out Sat and Sunday early morning and evenings, really going that extra mile and showing that they really do care. Unfortunately we have had to go to BOXT for a new boiler due only to time constraints and are now experiencing the terrible customer service you Unfortunately have come to expect from a big company.
