I've used these guys for years. They've always been honest, reliable and well priced. I've recommended them to family, who have had the same experience as us, and will continue using them for a long time to come.

Boiler service and pressure sensor changed. Very easy company to work with, used them many times. Charlie was on time and as always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and seems to have a real passion for what he does.

Our annual boiler service took place earlier today, completed by Charlie. Always reliable, polite, professional and value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending for anyone’s plumbing needs.

I requested a boiler service and have been sent a link to book which was easy, also when I called I was informed which days are not busy si could choose, arrived as per booking and completed in a timely manner. It was pointed out by the plumber that the evacuation pipe is not having enough incline and the water is sitting inside, Will sort that with builder. Thank you for your great service!

Had our annual boiler service notified prior to inspection Charlie as usual on time professional knowledgeable and friendly carried out the work reliably and trustworthy company highly recommend.

I cannot reccomend them enough, absolutely superb, been using them for over ten years now, they installed our new boiler and always our service, highly reccomend.

Paul and his team did a very thorough job in upgrading our boiler system. Heath worked meticulously and conscientiously. The initial problem after installation, stemming from integrating with the existing system, was very thoroughly investigated and solved. At all times Paul was easily contactable, helpful and friendly. .

Had an issue with the central heating Paul and Charlie as usual to the rescue ! Needed new parts fitting and upgrade to thermostat and they did a great job again. Very thorough and despite an issue with one of the new parts they made sure it was resolved quickly and made sure we were kept up to speed every step of the way. Quality work and quality advice. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I have been using The Heating Expert for the past few years now and cannot fault the service and price. We had our boiler serviced, it was quick and hassle free. Very easy to book an appointment and great value for money. Update. The Heating Expert were extremely flexible and helped us out when our boiler at pur new property broke down. They rearranged work so they could get to us and repaired and serviced the boiler at the same time to ensure value for money.

Reliable and friendly service. Responded quickly to fix a recent heating problem. Have used The Heating Expert previously for more routine, planned work too. Very good at keeping the customer in the loop. Definitely recommended.

We recently had a new boiler installed through The Heating Experts (Derby). Paul explained everything well from the start and was easy to work with throughout. The boiler was installed efficiently and as expected. Would 100% recommend.

I loved the fact that they aked for lots of detail, including a video of the fault, before coming out. That meant they could be prepared before the call out. Very good service, and dog-friendly.
