I have been using The Heating Expert for the past few years now and cannot fault the service and price. We had our boiler serviced, it was quick and hassle free. Very easy to book an appointment and great value for money. Update. The Heating Expert were extremely flexible and helped us out when our boiler at pur new property broke down. They rearranged work so they could get to us and repaired and serviced the boiler at the same time to ensure value for money.

Reliable and friendly service. Responded quickly to fix a recent heating problem. Have used The Heating Expert previously for more routine, planned work too. Very good at keeping the customer in the loop. Definitely recommended.

We recently had a new boiler installed through The Heating Experts (Derby). Paul explained everything well from the start and was easy to work with throughout. The boiler was installed efficiently and as expected. Would 100% recommend.

I loved the fact that they aked for lots of detail, including a video of the fault, before coming out. That meant they could be prepared before the call out. Very good service, and dog-friendly.

Paul and Charlie were fantastic from start to finish. After I messaged about my boiler breaking down and having been let down by another company, Paul quickly responded and arranged for Charlie to come out and assess the problem. Charlie promptly arrived at 7am on the agreed date and quickly identified the issue and was able repair and service the boiler there and then. He then took the time to talk me through the issue and the boiler itself. I will definitely be coming back to The Heating Experts for any work in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. .

I spoke to Paul on Thursday afternoon regarding an issue with a boiler, and he managed to squeeze me in for the following morning. That was really very much appreciated given how busy the week has been for me and I was also working on the weekend. I had Charlie come over to have a look. He inspected the boiler and replaced broken and worn out parts. He was very thorough and explained everything to me, so I will hopefully keep on top of things going forward! Communication was exceptional throughout with both Charlie and Paul, and I am definitely going to use their service again. I would definitely recommend.

We had Charlie over this morning for a boiler service and a couple of minor parts replacements. He was excellent, as always. He arrived on time, was respectful of the house, friendly, polite, and explained everything he was doing really clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Would not hesitate to recommend. Heating Expert have been providing great service for many years trying to keep the old boiler functional to try to defer replacing it. That time finally arrived but we took the opportunity to face into a bigger job - not only replacing the old boiler but rerouting the gas pipe ( legacy of old house) re plumbing the utility room and replacing the adjacent cloakroom suite as well as doing electrics, retiling and carpentry. The team that Paul brought in were second to none and it was all done to an excellent standard with the least disruption possible.

Charlie visited recently to carry out a full strip-down service of our boiler. He captured images before and after the work was completed, which he showed us, and thoroughly inspected everything including the boiler installation, as we’re in a newly purchased house. Would definitely recommend.

They came out very quickly to emergency leak in my kitchen. Traced leak and fixed quickly. Very professional service and reasonable price.

Came to fit a new shower pump the day following my request. Job done well and everywhere left neat and tidy. I have used them before and will do so again, and will be switching over to them for care of our gas boiler instead of Br Gas Homecare. Would definitely recommend.
