Rang to book for my sister for my wedding night, all booked okay and he rang her to confirm. She waited for over half an hour and taxi didn't show - had to pay a lot more for a hotel room instead. Texted the next day to enquire why they didn't show and no reply. Not professional at all. Definitely won't be recommending or ringing again!

For a wedding at Highclere Castle I had an issue with trying to arrange for circa 150 people to move from Highclere to 7 different destinations (hotels) in the Newbury area at between 10. 30 at night, (when children were getting tired), through to 1. 30 the next morning (when the hardy revellers were finally finished! ). Other local firms wanted me to tell them which people would leave at what time for which destination. Impossible! George arranged a shuttle service which coped admirably for 95% of the time and just needed to be supplemented at the final rush, which was also arranged. I have already used George again and intend to do so frequently over the coming months.

George West Taxi was the best thing that has happened to me for my wheelchair travel. Why, because he is polite, friendly and goes that extra mile to give me an extremely great service, nothing is ever to much trouble, even coming back from Epsom 50 or 60 miles to Newbury to take us less than 2 miles home, how many other taxi's would have done this, none would have done this for so little financial reward. Thank you George for your wonderful taxi service.
