Example Review
Each reviewer must use their real name, create an account and verify their email address 1 before their review is displayed. Reviewers must have received products or services from the business (not just a quote) and should be able to provide proof if requested. Reviews must also be constructive and describe the work or services received.
We have developed a system that flags reviews 2 if they do not pass our verification tests. This helps our users to make a more informed decision as to whether to trust the review content. We also manually check business reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines. Reviews which are demonstrably in breach of our terms will be removed.
While businesses cannot add or remove reviews themselves, they can respond to them 3. This allows businesses to address any complaints about their service or to thank their satisfied customers.
