Brand new servers for FreeIndex
FreeIndex.co.uk is now being hosted on a brand new server, which means that the site will run and load much more quickly, and will be more reliable for all of our users. This is part of our ongoing drive to keep FreeIndex up-to-date and performing at a high level.
Upgrading our server is also a key part of our preparations for releasing the new version of FreeIndex, which we are planning to launch within the next few weeks.
We can’t wait to launch FreeIndex version 11, which is going to be more user-friendly and less complicated, with a fresh new design and a stripped-back feel. It will be a step change in usability.
The upgrade to our new server is largely complete, but some images are still in the process of being moved to the new server, and this may take up to 24 hours. If you notice that an image is missing from your business profile page during this time then please be patient and the image should reappear automatically over the weekend.
If you notice any problems with using the site in general, then please do let us know.
Watch this space for the launch of the new FreeIndex in the next few weeks!
