Gym RatZ

I asked to write feedback myself as I wanted to express what a wonderful experience I had with GymRatz and Pete and Deb personally. This is the type of service we are lacking nowadays. From the time I made initial enquiry to delivery and especially after service time I felt like a queen. I had advice given, I had assistance throughout and so much help after delivery that I cant rate them highly enough. I now enjoy my equipment and still keep in touch and GymRatz will be forever number one point of contact if I need any equipment.

Recently purchased a ForceUSA G12. Pete and the team provided me with excellent advice regarding the systems available and helped me compare the G12 against the numerous systems out there. I opted for the installation which was well worth the money, the lads were very professional and installed the G12 within 6 hours. The G12 is a great piece of kit, very solid build and worth the investment.

Bought a home multigym from another supplier and found the assembly instructions unfathomable. Pete at GymRatZ, despite not offering a general repair/install service, took pity and came and sorted it out. Friendly, laid back, yet timely and efficient, Pete left us with a sorted, working machine and the cost was very reasonable, considering. Benefit of hindsight, could've probably sourced a better machine too, my bad. One of the good guys!

Fast, efficient and professional service from this company. I have purchased several pieces of specialist equipment over the years that other companies don't stock. Their prices are competitive too. I have communicated with them by phone and email and the level of service has always been second to none. My go to site for any Gym equipment ? .

Highly recommend this company. Bought a Crossfit Olympic Barbell for my daughter at an amazing price for the quality of the product. Had a query about delivery which they responded to almost instantly with the information I needed. Barbell arrived promptly, on time and was extremely well packaged. Barbell exceeded expectations. Would definitely go back to Gym Ratz for fitness equipment in the future. Five stars all round.

Performance Surface Track : Great durable product, works well with prowler and a welcome addition to the studio. Very good value for money and easy to fit. Service: I had an issue with the length of track delivered but it was health with swiftly and the problem was sorted, fantastic fast response and friendly service. The product has been used multiple times now and works very well. Fantastic quality for price.

Ordered 5ft York Olympic bar. Great quality ideal for garage gym.

I needed help with my web purchase and the staff were incredibly helpful, taking me through all the options and never pushing to buy the more expensive products. There was a slight problem with the delivery due to bad weather at the time, but again, the staff were fantastic in sorting it out. Very grateful for the excellent service and will buy from them again when needed.

Ordered a monster 64KG Kettlebell. Very reasonably priced and happy with the delivery fee. Gym RatZ kept me informed regarding delivery. Received email that same day with the delivery. Will definitely be using this excellent company again. Very happy guys keep up the good work.

Used Gym RatZ for the first time to purchase some micro loader plates and a weight belt. Products were delivered in a timely fashion, are of good quality and appear to be good value for money. What was exceptional was the service I received from Debs. As part of the purchase of the micro loaders I had originally ordered a pair of 125g calibrated micro loaders at £31. 20 a pair, as I couldn’t find a standard set on the website. Before processing the order Deb emailed me to inform me that she could replace this choice with 125g off the shelf option (which were the same as my other choices) for £15. 57 a pair and that she could also reduce the carriage charge if I went with the " in stocks" product. This resulted in a saving of £23. 44. Its not very often a company emails you to save you money! So a big thank you to Gym RatZ and Deb in particular. What an excellent company gymratz are to shop with. Placed an order on the 13/07/17 for powerlifternew Gym Mats - Powerlifter Rubber Flooring (17mm) x 3 and received an emial the following day stating that I should receive my delivery on 18/07/17 (which is fairly quick). Unfortunately the couriers made a blunder with the delivery. Debs who was absolutely brilliant spoke to them and kept my updated via emails and calls. Delivery arrived only one day later then expected. Will be sure to shop with them again and advice friends and family about them. Keep up the good work.

I recently purchased a Waterrower from Gym Ratz. The personal service and passion was the reason I chose Gym Ratz. I had previously been to their physical shop and was impressed at their attitude and dedication. When I made the purchase I also bought the additional starter pack which was a good deal. Having made my purchase I was personally contacted by Gym Ratz the next day to ensure I got my rower at the most convenient time and was kept updated throughout the process. I could not have asked for more. The rower came quickly and at the time promised.

First class advice, service and delivery of product. All items well packed and delivered within 48hrs. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I live in Spain and I've just bought a Waterrower Classicc from their web. I received a great service from Pete and Deb. They offered good assessment for the different options, and exceptional support with the shipments. Bought a Waterrower Club from Gymratz about 6 years ago and decided to by one again after selling it then missing it. Pete was very helpful with the purchase and also the set up and build of the waterrower. You can't fault Gymratz for quality of service. Thank you. P. S. Bought the Waterrower A1 this time and is just as good as the Club edition and even better in my opinion with better wider handle, more comfortable seat and wider foot position(more natural).

After spending weeks online looking for a Waterrower it was GymRatZ who came out on top with prompt, good, clear communication and most importantly best deal available at time, would recommend and would use again in future.

Deb and Matt's experience and advice was invaluable in helping us to select a CrossFit Rig that fitted our site and fitted our budget. Not the prettiest rig on the market, but this is very strong commercial grade kit and will probably still be standing long after our building crumbles away; and came at a fraction of the price of the brand name suppliers.
