I would highly recommend Paul and his Team, great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week one which was his Birthday. Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water, Paul agreed to come back out Christmas eve after he had completed a planned job which he was true to his word. Paul recommend I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day, diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said, Paul told me he would speak with his team. Excellent service from start to finish, water heater fitted within a day of my initial enquiry, minimum of disruption, Even made sure my kitties didn’t escape! Wouldn’t have known I had any work done apart from seeing the new heater. No mess no fuss !

Very impressive! We had a very old IDEAL boiler that was just ‘hanging on’ but really needed changing. It finally gave up one day, and although Paul offered to fix (if parts were still available) we discussed and decided to go for a new one. We needed it in ASAP as we had no hot water or heating. It broke on Saturday, we discussed the options on Saturday, and had a new boiler nicely installed by the Monday. Paul has also done other work for me at very short notice. He (and team) attend quickly and ‘crack on’ as they say. Very good.

Fantastic gas engineer! Used paul for our annual checks and we made an emergency call on Saturday evening. He arrived within 30mins and a boiler was full installed by the next working day. Needed my boiler servicing last year and Paul was recommended, appointment arranged straight away and very quick replying to messages, very good price and was happy with the whole process. Paul came out on a Sunday at very short notice to repair a central heating pipe that I had put a screw through! He arrived promptly and on time and repaired the pipe, checked and re pressured the central heating system and bled all the radiators. Fantastic service and highly recommended.
