Lovely people. 4th floor lift typically broke when they arrived. So stressfull! Brave soldiers took in their stride and we helped a bit. Obviously it took longer so had to pay more but so worth it. Cheers guys. Legends!

Took their time during an evening of a bank holiday weekend to call me and answer the few questions I had. Ivan and his team were the best removal company I have ever used. They were extremely hard working, efficient and careful. This was a difficult move from an apartment to a cottage with two sets of narrow stairs and great care and effort was taken to get everything where I wanted it to be. We used Ivan Removals for a move last week, and the service we received was fantastic. Our move date had been rolling for 6-7 weeks, and Ivan was very reassuring that he would make sure he would cover the move whenever it would happen. We used his company for packing also, and this was done perfectly - it took 6 hours, but with no breakages it was worth it. On the day of our move we didn't exchange until 4:30, so there was a lot of waiting around, and again Ivan was fine with this and professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend using Ivan Removals, they were flexible, professional and worth the money.

The team are extremely efficient in their packing procedures and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

It took 11 hours to do a one bedroom removal. They only brought two small vans and had to disassemble every single item so it could fit. It ended up being an extremely long, painful and very costly process. I would not recommend them.

I had such a great service from Ivan and his team who also had the cheapest rates from all the removal companies I contacted. The men arrived promptly at removal time and worked tirelessly in the hot weather. Although I had originally booked for 3 hours we required longer and Ivan and his team were able to accommodate this. Great service and I would use Ivan and his team again and would recommend them to friends and family.
