We can’t rate Kieron and his team highly enough! From the initial quote through to the last item moved into the house the service was professional, friendly and efficient. We were so impressed with how well our property was cared for, from the front door being wrapped in a protective cover, to the mattress bags and tv screen protective covering - it was clear we were in good hands. Having never used movers before weren’t sure what to expect but we would never move again without Kieron and his team! Really great value for money and very fairly priced. Move from Braintree to Suffolk/Essex border, Keiron and his team worked tirelessly in the heat loading and unloading three vans to capacity. Nothing was too much trouble, they even dismantled sofa and chair legs to get through doorways. They were very professional, careful with our belongings and made what is a stressful time very smooth.

Kieron was fantastic from the very first call. So accommodating and came around to quote for our removal within a day or so. The price quoted I felt was great value for 3 men and 3 trucks. Kieron and the team were absolutely brilliant on the day. They made what could have been a very stressful day into a smooth move. No issues at all and every box in it's place. So clean and tidy. Put covers over our flooring, and TV's, sofas etc were put into special protective covers for transporting. We had no issues with anything being broken or damaged at all. The 3 guys all worked so hard all day and were a pleasure. Didn't moan once and clearly love their job. Thank you Kieron and your team. You couldn’t ask for a better service by a removals company and at very short notice as well - the quote was the best by miles. A very well organised removal service- you be hard pushed to find better.

Keiron arrived with two colleagues and despite the 3 flights of stairs and the amount of stuff we had they remained cheerful and professional all morning. We were very happy with the way they worked and we would definitely say the price was right. We would definitely use them again.

The service Shorts provided was great from start to finish. The quote visit wasn't rushed, I was given good advice on best packing methods and how things would run on the day. I found their quote to be the most competitive of three companies I approached. On the day everything ran very smoothly, I couldn't have asked for better. Great service by Kieron and his team, professional, friendly and down to earth. Called day before to confirm and turned up at the agreed time. Covered TV, sofa, mirrors, pictures, etc securely. Loaded everything very carefully, making sure everything was tied into place so it didn’t move during transport. Overall a great service, would recommend and would use again. Thanks guys!

Super service from start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done as smoothly as possible, including some very tricky tight corners with furniture going up the staircase which by so rights should not have made it, but they did without any damage.
