I did a 7 Day Cleanse with Nicole and I also booked in for 2 colonics. I had set aside a relatively quiet time to do the cleanse.

I first went to see Aliya in July 2025 after suffering a miscarriage. She focused on rebuilding the strength in my body and within three sessions I was pregnant again!

I had 4 sessions with Catherine for phobia reduction and anxiety/panic attacks. I found the sessions really beneficial, as there was also some "talking therapy" which I found really helped and complimented the hypnotherapy.
