Brand new FreeIndex profile editor and dashboard
Dear FreeIndex Members
We have just launched a completely new FreeIndex Dashboard and profile editor. Gone are the days when you had to visit lots of different pages to build or edit your FreeIndex business profile.
Now you can edit all the parts of your FreeIndex profile on one single screen, and we hope that this will make it much easier to see what you have and haven’t done.
The new dashboard is much simpler and shows you at a glance the most important information about your business.
All FreeIndex business members now also have a profile score which represents how much of the profile has been completed. Along with customer reviews, this score determines the listing position of each business.
So, the more information you add to your profile and the more customer reviews you get, the higher your listing position will be - leading to more business enquiries.
The other thing we noticed was that there were far too many instructions across the whole of My FreeIndex. We have simplified the help and instructions being given, making it much easier to understand how to use the site.
Since FreeIndex began, we have had many different versions of the ‘My FreeIndex’ member’s area, but this is the most major update we have made, and we think we have finally got it right this time.
We hope you think so too, and we would love to hear your feedback as ever.

I have tried to change3 the phone number on our advert as it keeps advertising a strange 020 number that is nothing to do with A1 Positive and when we went into the dashboard it would not allow us to change it.

I have had a new review posted on my page with you from Mrs Minori Stuckey and a picture taken at her wedding in Brighton. Could you please delete your caption under the picture "incorrect entry etc" instead could you add "wedding at The Royal Pavilion Brighton. I tried to do it myself but your system asks for a verification number what is that, and where is it? can I phone and speak to someone, computers don't work well for me?

Like the look, can' t stand the fact that you have done away with the distance filter you have to comb the whole listing for each category to find the leads which are close to you, not good. if its not broke why fix it!
This does look easier for client to access. Looking forward to working with it.
This is a huge improvement on the previous design. My only quibble is that the current leads display unit is not wide enough so not enough of the leads information is displayed.
Anyway, much better.

I like the way this site operates. But what can I do to make sure I'm utilising maximally?
The stats box doesn't display on Firefox for me. I can see it on chrome however.
Thats ok if reviews are true and not just put on by friends and family,i dont bother that much now no point.apart from not been able to regulate tradesmen i think your site is good and like to say thank you for all the help and custom its brought.
