Have used Mark several times quality guy knows his job great prices arrives on time and get the job done.

Mark had fitted a front door lock last year and we had a problem with the key not locking. He came out himself to assess the problem and pinpointed the issue. He ensured that we could lock the porch as he needed to order a new part. Mark was back on the agreed date and did a great job. On both occasions he has been helpful and friendly and I give him my full recommendation.

Was locked out of my house between Christmas and New Year, I phoned a few of the advertising locksmiths, their prices were very high. Phoned Mark he came out when he said he would got us back into our home with minimal fuss. Very smart polite man.

The lock on my frond door was broken. Called mark who came out within an hour. He replaced the lock which is now working properly. He was very pleasant and professional. I would happily recommend him and would call him again if I needed to in the future.

Called Action Locksmiths Ltd around 08-30 this morning as the locking mechanism on our front door was not working. This meant we had to leave the door open. Mark the Locksmith attended within 10 minutes and in around 1 hour he had purchased and fitted a new mechanism. The price charged for this work was very reasonable. Very impressed with the excellent service and professionalism of this company. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who needed the services of a locksmith.

I called into a local locksmith close to me on several occasions but the key fob man was never available. I have rung them and left contact details a number of times over the past two months but to no avail. I was given Marks number by a colleague and I have to say what a find this firm is. I rang this morning in the vague hope they could assist with a new key fob maybe sometime this week. My problem being that I work in Liverpool and live on the Wirral so it is difficult to sort out timings to get to stores to sort this out. Mark was amazing, not only did he agree to do the job the same day he was prepared to come to my place of work in Liverpool if required. We arranged to meet after I finished work and although the job was not quite as straightforward as first anticipated, he was great, going the extra mile to ensure the job was sorted this evening. To me service and professionalism is first and I don’t mind paying more to get it, I got both of these with a brilliant price you cannot ask for more. I would not hesitate to recommend this companies services to friends, family and anyone else that needs a locksmith – Fabulous service at a great price. This is one of the reason why I'm very happy and proud of living in England: people like MARK. It was Valentine's day and I was late to buy the flowers for my GF. So I went out leaving the keys at home. As soon as I noticed that I called my GF, that has forgotten them as well. Mark came in 10 minutes, fixed the door with a new lock and handed us the keys. My GF and I went out for a dinner as I booked in a Indian restaurant. When we got back. Again, both of us has forgotten the new key. We reach Mark again at around midnight. He wants to come back to open the door. I tell him not to worry as we are spending the night in a romantic hotel. Trying to make the most of the situation. Recently on visit to Liverpool locked keys in Car. Waited 90mins for one locksmith who then said they would be 45mins more. Rang Action Locksmiths quoted 20 mins and was ther in 20 mins, half an hour doors were open and keys retrieved. Excellent profeesional service. Cost seemed about average for this sort of work but the service made it value for money. Brilliant, thanks from my self and teh rest of the party who could continue with our weekend away.

Mark was very helpful when I rang him, in fact he had a missed call from me and he rang me back. Mark was very obliging in that he rang me once his jobs out of the area were done and picked me up which was extremely helpful in the snow! He was very efficient and the lock was changed with no problems very quickly at a very reasonable charge. Would recommend this company.

My family and I were locked out because of a damaged lock. I found the number on google, spoke to Mark and within 30 mins he had us back in our house. Mark wasn't able to finish the work that day as he had to get a part but secured the house. Mark was back with the part when he said he would and all the work was done to a very high standard. He even got the part cheaper than originally quoted. I Highly recommend this Locksmith.
