Olympus Plumbing Heating Gas

Did our bathroom 2 years ago - ripped out old bath, basin and WC in adjoining room. Installed bath with shower over, new basin, WC and new small sink, replaced radiator with heated towel rail. Tiling and bathroom furniture fine, but plumbing not so good. The plumbing leaked in 2 places, one of which took out the ceiling below before we noticed it. (Plumber came back and fixed that problem, though our kitchen fitters repaired the ceiling. ) However, more importantly, we were left with misconnected waste pipes (bath and sink going into rainwater drain) which is against regulations. Only realised this recently. Mike didn't reply to email asking for help with this. I posted politely on Facebook saying this needs fixed and this post seems to have disappeared. Very poor finish and workmanship, beware, not good at cutting tiles especially corners and around objects. Left house a mess, grout all over the walls and skirting. Charged me for 5 bags of grout only actually used 1-2. I had very expensive large porcelain floor tiles fitted into my new home, Paul and Steph the tilers accepted to do the job. I have an island which they did a extremely poor job at cutting the tiles uneven lines all around. Just before they started grouting the floor noticed that 90% of the tiles they cut had rough jagged edges but they said grout will sort this out that was a lie. Now I have rough edges all round the floor, after further inspection noticed several tiles were uneven. Confronted them but never got a straight answer. I am extremely disappointed with their work, every time I look at the floor it annoys me, now saving to get job redone. BEWARE always ask guarantees, don't pay until job done.Moreexpand_more

Mike and dave have fitted a few bathrooms and ahowers for me and I have never had cause to complain. Good standard of work by freindly set of lads. Give them a try.
