I have found FreeIndex to be very useful over the years, bringing in new customers as a result of FreeIndex coming out near the top in web searches, and showing honest reviews. I always recommend FreeIndex and use it myself to find tradesmen. I like the fact that you can see companies with bad reviews as well as good, and get an honest impression. Try to find a bad review on some of the 'rated' and 'checked' sites. They are just not there...as traders pay a fortune to be on those sites you might think they are just a bit biased!
