Brett has installed two projects for us and was fantastic, both quite complex. Throughout he had the upmost professionalism - prior to the job he attended quickly to quote and followed up with a full and thorough quote quickly afterwards. He helped us to source the right products in advance (i. E. Extraction fan due to IP ratings etc) and throughout he was polite, tidy, attention to detail - especially a perfectionist with tiling. He redid some sections as he wasn't happy with them! He does everything unlike many bathroom installers, plastering, painting etc. HIs website (www. Solihullbathrooms. Com) was really helpful as a starting point to understand what it was likely to cost and what's included. Haven't seen that anywhere else and meant everything ran smoothly especially when small things changed and can see why he has flawless reviews! A fantastic installer!

Brett has transformed our dated eighties bathroom into a beautiful modern space with which we are delighted. His attention to detail is outstanding; nothing is too much trouble in achieving the desired outcome. He is professional, talented and tidy (a bonus in a small flat) and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Thank you Brett for creating the most beautiful bathroom we could have hoped for - we are over the moon! As mentioned in other reviews, Brett has an incredible attention for detail and really strives for every last inch of the bathroom to be perfect. He is careful to plan every thing and to consider all options. We found Brett to be extremely helpful when choosing our bathroom suite / furniture as we were nervous about ordering the wrong thing and he provided advice and looked over everything before we ordered which we were really grateful for. This was the attitude he had throughout the whole project - always willing to provide advice or suggestions. He was extremely clean and tidy and made sure everything was packed away before he left for the day. In many ways, it felt like we weren’t even having work done which is remarkable considering how having a new bathroom installed has the potential to turn your house upside down! Brett also went above and beyond in helping us with an issue we had with a product which arrived faulty - he phoned the provider for us and came back the day after the correct item arrived which, given he’d finished the job weeks before, was really amazing. In todays day and age it is very hard to find true 'Craftsmen' and trust me we have had our experience of a few fair share of these cowboys! Having read other reviews we were sure we found the right tradesman to completely refit our bathroom. Brett was an absolute professional with a lot of knowledge, experience and skills to go with him so we knew we could trust him. We were only willing to have the best work on our bathroom and that is what we got. Full attention to detail, very clean, extremely good manners, great suggestions solving issues, very passionate about his work and overall very rare! Brett has totally transformed our old bathroom into a new bathroom to be proud of. The workmanship and skill of this tradesman is second to none. He was helpful and very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. He was clean and tidy and never left a mess. There was never a day Brett left us without a functioning toilet or water. We are so pleased with our new en-suite and it was a pleasure to have Brett install it in our house. All extensive electrical and plumbing work together with installation of shower, enclosure, furniture, sanitary ware and dual fuel towel rail were all carried out expertly by Brett. The working area was left clean and tidy every day and he was always ready to listen and advise on any questions we had. We have no hesitation in recommending Brett.

Another great job done by Brett. This time the downstairs cloakroom. This has gone from a tired room to a bright modern one. Brett’s attention to details is brilliant and the fantastic workmanship makes all the difference to the final finish. Brett is very trustworthy and works hard to get the job done professionally. We definitely found the right man for the job. We had a complete bathroom refurbishment done by Brett, he left disruption to a minimum and left everything clean and tidy before he left each evening. His workmanship was excellent and when unforeseen problems occurred, he found the solution. To us our bathroom now looks 5* and it was Brett who helped us get it like this. We would thoroughly recommend him, his professional attitude towards his work is first class, we called him "The Perfectionist" Thank you Brett.

Brett installed a new main bathroom and two ensuite bathrooms for us. After initial unforseen problems:a collapsed floor due to water damage from a shower and a main steel beam running the length of the bathroom floor, he overcame these and installed all of the bathroom fittings and tiling throughout to an exceptionally high standard. It was a big project which involved many different skills but he still maintained his high standards to the end and wasn't happy unless everything was finished perfectly. I would not hesitate to use Brett again and would recommend him highly.

My wife found Brett Property Maintenance and Bathrooms after an extensive search online for a tradesman that could combine innovation with high quality workmanship. We had a couple of tradesman out previously who were hesitant about some of the ideas that we had for our bathroom, citing potential problems rather than providing solutions. From the very first visit, Brett was positive and open to our ideas. He arrived with a 'can do' attitude and sound advice. Having decided on a scope of works we agreed a date for the project to begin. We decided that we would source the bathroom fixtures and fittings and Brett would do the work. It was a couple of months before the work could commence, Brett is never short of work and that, to us, was a good sign! Once the work did commence, however, it was carried out with minimal disruption to our lives. Myself and my wife both worked from home on several occasions during the bathroom refit and were not disturbed at all. Brett kept us involved in the process throughout and was happy to answer any of our questions or concerns as and when they arose. The refit took around 10 days in its entirety, the end result being a fabulous looking new bathroom that surpassed even our high expectations. Everything has been done to a high standard, with no adjustments to budget. Brett took away all the old bathroom fittings, the old tiles, the boxes, the lot. When he left it was almost as if he had never been, except for the amazing new bathroom that we now have!I would not hesitate to recommend Brett to anyone looking for someone to provide a high quality bathroom install. This was the first time I employed Brett Property Maintenance on a project and therefore had no prior knowledge of his workmanship other than that obtained from the website. Timekeeping, workmanship, flexibility, tidiness all at the highest level of expectation and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Brett was a delight to deal with from start to finish. He turned up in time to quote for the job, sent the quote a few hours later and carried out a first class job in the time estimated. He was also happy to offer advice on the hardware we were buying. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brett again and would recommend Brett to anyone I know.

Brett has spent 4 weeks working on 2 separate projects for us, each taking 10 working days. Both involved Brett's extensive building, plumbing and carpentry skills. Both projects have been finished to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results. Brett's attention to detail was superb including getting around a number of unexpected hurdles which were not initially apparent when work commenced. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brett.

Brett Cattlin and BPMB carried out work in my home this year and I was absolutely delighted with the finished job. I had been quite apprehensive about finding the right company, especially being a single female, but was assured straight away when I watched them working and clearing up at the end of each day. They were very polite and pleasant and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. When all the work was completed, I handed over my money willingly and with great gratitude for the wonderful job they'd done.

Brett has recently carried out a full refurbishment of my bathroom and I have to say his work is second to none. Outstanding work of a high quality , punctual, honest , nothing was to much trouble and you wouldn't even know he is in your house he is that tidy ! His tiling is of a very high standard and I would have no problem at all recommending Brett and I will certainly have him for future work at my house. First class !

Brett Cattlin was recommended by a good friend of mine to do some tiling for my mum’s new bathroom. Upon Brett’s arrival he was very polite, during the course the job he would offer his advice to you and always ask questions to ensure he gets the finish look you desire. Brett is very much organised, after every working day he wouldn’t leave without cleaning up. Brett is also punctual and always arrived on time.
