Whilst reading a story on-line the screen suddenly changed and warning came up that froze the laptop completely, it kept repeating 'do not switch off or all your files will be deleted' so after panicking for a while we guessed it was a SCAM. On a separate device we searched for Computer Engineers near us and phoned HCCS and Richard who was able to listen to the warning and confirm it was definitely a SCAM. Over the phone he was able to talk us through how to switch off the laptop which we wouldn't have been able to do without his help and the SCAM disappeared. He advised us to upgrade our security which we did straight away so he will definitely be our 'go to' Computer Engineer for any future issues. Many thanks Richard.

Super service!
