Alan and his son Dan did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my roof. I could not recommend them highly enough. They worked on my roof for approximately 2. 5 weeks and arrived and started work by 7. 45 everyday until the job was done. I was kept up to date each part of the way by short reels of the daily progress. I could not ve happier with the job. They were both a pleasure to have around. Alan came to our rescue when another roofer did a bodge job on our roof. His fault finding was superb and he kept us in the loop every day with videos. Cant recommend Alan and his team at Bluewave enough - excellent tradesmen.

Alan and Daniel did repointing, replaced felt on the roof and unblocked all the guttering. Alan took me through everything really carefully, explained what was necessary and why, which really reassured us. Everyday we got sent videos and photos to keep us updated and explain in detail what they were working on. The work was done to a high standard, on time and on budget. We asked for help with other things as well, which Alan checked out and gave us advice on. Nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend them!

Alan and Dan were brilliant. 10 Gold stars. They fixed my problematic leaking roof, renewing felt, battens, lead work, repointing chimney etc. They kept me informed throughout the process, turned up, worked hard and did a proper job. They were great. Thank you.

Alan and Dan have been absolutely brilliant. As well as completing external repairs and renovation to a large building (roofing, window replacements, complete redecoration), they renovated our flat internally, dealing with a sinking patio, damp issues, tiling and complete redecoration. I cannot praise Alan and Dan enough. It was a happy accident that they came to my attention. Not only did they repair the damage done by a rogue roofing firm at a reasonable price, they arranged for someone to remove the debris they had left behind and for someone to take down and remove the scaffolding they had abandoned when they absconded.

I cannot recommend Alan and Dan enough. They have completed various roof repairs, including replacing perished roofing felt, chimney work and rebuilding a problematic and leaking small roof area that joined two buildings that had had much 'bodge' repair work in the past. I asked a few companies to inspect and quote for the job. What particularly impressed me with Alan was how detailed he was with what needed doing. He carefully explained it all with pictures and videos to show me what he was talking about and gave me a clearly broken down quote. This was very reassuring as other companies had rattled off various unexplained building terms with broad 'in the region of' quotes. When doing the work, Alan and Dan turned up when they said they would, completed the work with minimum disruption, were super tidy and I was given photos and videos every day to show me what was being done. They were cheerful, polite and a pleasure to have around. They even cleared out my neighbour's gutter with no charge! Alan and Dan carried out extensive roofing works on our terraced house including the resolution of a minor leak, gutter replacement, replacing roofing felt and battens, rendering firewalls and replacing leadwork. Clear estimates were provided before work started and regular photographic and video updates were sent during the course of the works. All works were carried out to a high standard. We're very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Bluewave.

Alan has just completed a few days roofing work on my house in Hanover. I was overseas at the time the work was commissioned and undertaken, so communication was vital. Alan was excellent throughout keeping me fully in the picture as to what he and the team were doing. He turned up when he said he was going to, kept to budget and was completely straightforward. What absolute stars Alan and Dan are. They have done a few pieces of work for me. Painting the front and back of the house, re-pointing outside steps, and fixing a leaky roof. Everything is so straight forward. They are there when they say they will be, communication is spot on. The quotes come with a breakdown of the work to be done. The bits you can't see (in my case the roof repairs) are video'd for you, so you get an idea of what is being done. If I could give Alan and the team more than 5 stars I would. Totally looked after from quote to completion. Exceptional work carried out on a rather dilapidated flat roof. I was updated regularly, with video evidence, of the work being done. The final price was as quoted and the site clean as a pin when they left. Highly recommended.

Alan completed a number repairs to our our house including the main roof and rear flat roof, as well as repairing our bi-fold doors, patio stonework and internal carpentry. His quotes were very clear and the work was completed to a really high standard, on time and exactly as promised.
