Welcome to the new look FreeIndex!
We have thought long and hard about what each type of page is supposed to do and how we can help users to get to the information they need more quickly and efficiently.
As part of the redesign we have added sticky button bars that keep key functionality buttons, maps and menus accessible at the top whilst using the site.
Business profile pages are much improved and you may notice a new section "Recent Verification Tests". This new section aims to give users confidence in the information displayed on FreeIndex. We try to verify business details by checking the information on FreeIndex against the company's official website, Companies House and other sources.
Forms in general across the site have been simplified, making it easier for users to raise quote requests and for businesses to complete their profile. The "Dashboard" has also been simplified.
Finally we have added a much improved support centre which answers common questions in a better way.
We hope you like the new version and we would love to hear your feedback.

How do I edit my website
Hi James. There's a little "Edit" button next to your URL on the dashboard. From there you can select a FreeIndex web address.

Hi Alan. From your dashboard, click on "Logos & Photos" then click on the image you want to edit. Get in touch if you're having problems.

Great new look , the part validating the customer reviews is great . As I find from customer feed back that not every one always believes online reviews . Clearly some are fake but freeindex is well know as honest due to the process i.e. whilst placing a review ,customers have to send a validation email back before it goes live . Ive just had my new van sign written with my FreeIndex 'listing ' proudly displayed again !! Thank you very much indeed for the service you provide .

It's ok but why can you only reply to one alert in 24hours had to yesterday first ones for weeks and can quote both ?
