We have used Glowcare for a number of years now and had to call them up as we had no hot water from our Vaillant ecoTECH Plus boiler. Graham new exactly what the issue was and diagnosed the problem over the phone, despite the boiler not showing any fault codes. He then advised what adjustments I should make to the boiler settings to prevent any further damage. Graham arrived the following morning, exactly when he said he would, and repaired the boiler by replacing the diverter valve. Graham is what I call “Old School’ and what this gentleman doesn’t now about Vaillant boilers isn’t worth knowing. He is quite happy to explain what he is doing and to advise on ‘best practice’ to keep your boiler working well. Graham is a Vaillant boiler service and repair specialist and a really nice bloke to boot. I absolutely recommend that you use him and his company, Glowcare, for your Vaillant boiler repairs.
Graham come today as requested by us to do a full service of my Vaillant Boiler and sort out a persitant problem with the boiler. Graham was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic service and advice given and problem fixed in no time at all. We highly recommend Graham.

Graham was fantastic we had a f75 fault on our boiler he came talked me step by step what he was doing and even did a few checks and cleaned. Also it was a brilliant price EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO GLOWCARE its alot cheaper and better than all other firms ( british gas or homeserve) including local firms Thank you very much.
Outstanding Service from Graham…. Called him in the morning and he was able to come out in the afternoon. Very knowledgeable as he was able to resolve the problem straight away were others had failed and costs for his services were very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

After contacting Graham to repair my Vailiant exotec, I spoke to him on the weds and he was at my property repair done told me what he was doing explaining everything because he knows his way around a Vailiant combi. Graham you are a star and I very much appreciate you fast and effiecient service.
After suffering a F. 75 error message with my Vaillant EcoTEC Pro 28 Combi Boiler, I took it upon myself to do a little reading on the internet to try to discover the root cause of the issue. It was apparent that the issue was likely down to a faulty / blocked pressure sensor. This meant that the pressure displayed on the front of the boiler read far higher than it actually was. Whilst I could manually top up the boiler to increase the pressure, it would only work as a temporary fix and meant that the boiler would cut out and display the F75 error message every day or so. I contacted Glowcare after seeing their no. 1 status and after reading a number of positive reviews on this website. A message was left and Graham returned my call early the next day. After a brief discussion of the problem, Graham quickly established that the pressure sensor would likely be the cause of the problem. We agreed a suitable time for Graham to come to see the boiler to determine whether the sensor was the issue or not. Graham arrived on time as promised. After opening up the boiler, he ran through a few tests (with me present) and quickly confirmed that the pressure sensor was the issue (a blockage due to general use rather than a faulty part). Graham had a replacement part in his van, which was installed in no time. A week later, the boiler is running as good as new. No sign of the fault message and an accurate pressure reading. :).In short;- Fixed cost call out- Courteous - parts in stock in van (meaning only one visit!)- talked through issue and resolution On a final note, Graham spotted that I had the comfort setting activated which meant that the boiler was heating a small tank of water 'x' number of times an hour in order to provide hot water to taps a little quicker. As we tend to be at work during the day, this wasn't really needed and he showed me how to turn it off (and on again if needed) so that we saved money on this 'pre-heating' feature. We've just used Glowcare to carry out our 1st warranty service on our Vaillant ecotech combi boiler. Graham responded very promptly and arrived exactly when we had arranged, he offered a very friendly and efficent service. I found the price to be very reasonable, I wouldn't hesitate to use Glowcare again and would highly recommend them.
In recent months, our Vaillant boiler has been reporting the F22 error code requiring twice daily water top-ups. Several online forums indicated that there was a problem with the expansion vessel and recommended finding a Vaillant specialist. We searched and found Glowcare. The reviews looked great and the website actually had a report on this common error code. I called Graham and booked in for a repair and service. Graham arrived as promised and fixed the problem in a few minutes. He also took the time to explain the issue and talked me through the servicing he was performing. I was especially pleased to hear that our 8 year old boiler has another 10-15 years of life in it. Great news in our normally disposable society. So, very friendly, efficient and helpful. My boiler kept on flashing F22 and no matter how much l tried to set it nothing worked. I found Glow worms telephone numbers on the internet and I phoned a mobile number. A gentleman named Graham answered his phone-what a God send he talked me through all that had to be done on my boiler for about 40 mins and now we have our heating and hot water back on. He also called me back to check that all was as it should be. This gentleman saved us pensioners money and as my husband is disabled our GCH is very important when the weather turns cold. Our boiler broke down at the worst moment: negative temperatures, snow. I gave a ring to Graham and he showed up the following morning. He found the fault in less than 5 minutes and did not try to sell us a new boiler. There was no spare part available in the whole country for at least 2 weeks but Graham, with a bit of magic (and olive oil ! ) managed to resuscitate the faulty part. We will definitely use Glowcare again.
My heating is now and up and running again thanks to Graham at Glowcare and what a week for it to have broken down! Graham came out as soon as he could and had all the necessary parts with him in order to fix the boiler. Excellent service as always and such a pleasure to deal with. I have highly recommended Glowcare to all my family and friends.
