Updated FreeIndex help and support
We have just launched an improved FreeIndex help and support area. In the past people have complained that it was difficult to get help or to make contact with us, and this update addresses this problem.
Our new ticket support system ensures that all the enquiries we get are answered in a timely manner (normally within 24 hours) and that we can follow up people’s problems and questions until they are completely resolved. If you have a support query, you can contact us here.
More help has also been added to the forum which contains the answers to 95% of the popular questions we get asked. You might also like to read a new article we have written about what makes us different from the rest!

this is a great way to get your work out there i've not used it much as my work comes from word of mouth but can see things turning around.

Turning out to be a good site especially for one man bands like me and free is especially great as advertising in my business is so expensive, started off a little slow, but have had some leads.
Good website especially for a business dealing in antique/vintage jewels and accessories sourced etc by one person on a smallish budget so for free it is a godsend, Hoping I shall receive some enquiries in the future.

I have had several phone calls from a company calling themselves Motor Trades saying that for x amount per year they can guarantee me one enquiry per month. I get that per week from Freeindex without the hassling phone calls and 99% of them turn into jobs

I have only ever had one job from advertising on the internet in a year, which I think may have been from my freeindex website. But how do I get more jobs, how do I optimise my site and what am I doing wrong?
I've just had my 1st lead from Freeindex and I think when people click on to the page the companies in the area are at the bottom of the page and should be at the top so easy to spot and contact.

I do think denmar transport is correct what he says as when couriers are on the move they can collect back loads etc maybe you could do a deal with pronto despatch or so and they would upload all there work .I think the advise choice you get is brilliant
always a good idea to keep in touch, now how about letting us couriers post journeys we are making with half loads or even empty,
very very good idea like some others i am also awaiting delivery of my van stickers ?

I have found Freeindex easy to use, lots of things to see when using the site to update or access things, but it all seems easy, and i find this computer stuff hard usually. Keep up the good work :)
