Really good service - Darren and team well done.
We use both the coaster style pager and normal pager for our waiting team. The purchase was made simple with good advice as to what would be the best solution for our needs at the time. Any repairs that have been required have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The coasters have been very good at helping us manage takeaway food orders within our clubhouses. By giving these to our customers they often by drinks whilst waiting so improve our overall sales.
The process was easy, the service swift, and the product works exactly as it should. As a unit these buzzers are very simple and effective in particular fast paced, low staffed, service's.
We have been using LRS for many years now. We use their 1st aid and lone worker pager systems. These systems have ensured 1st aid and lone working response times in an emergency are as fast as possible. The units are easy to set up (some come already set up) and are very user friendly. It is refreshing to find a system that works within a large manufacturing environment and can be relied upon.
Andy has been a fantastic help with the new contract for IHL Wigan and his support to me during the new contract period as been nothing short of excellence. Keep up the good work.
The staff are always helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help. My favourite is Jamie-Lee but dont tell the other guys haha. Keep up the good work.

Long Range Systems are a very good at sorting issues out, had pager systems for first aid cover across are site of 600 people who work on site. Plus ordered man down radio's for lone works. Radios give good coverage around the site. Geoff Phillips - Health and Safety Coordinator.
We used the LRS pagers in the outpatient clinics in a busy site of a hospital in Wigan. The feedback from the patients has been very positive and the project has been succesful. The service and advise provided by all staff within LRS pagers to make this project a success has been invaluable. Very happy to recommend this company.

I bought a freedom system with staff pagers and customer pagers. They told me about text paging so I added that and it works great. I bought less pagers because of the texts and saved loads. Having a large production plant we were looking for a system that would improve our First Aid staff's response time to incidents, be accessible by all and be robust enough to take some knocks.
