I passed my driving test with Nick Barrett a week ago on the first try with only two driving faults. I wouldn't have been able to do this without Nick's excellent tuition. He always goes the extra mile to understand his clients' needs and adapts his lessons accordingly. I really appreciated being able to decide what I wanted to work on from lesson to lesson. I felt very in control of my learning and by the time my test rolled around I was fully confident in my abilit. Thanks again Nick :).

Nick has been a superb teacher. From the very first lesson he put our daughter at ease. He has taught her not only how to pass her test but how to be a very capable and confident driver. His communication with both her and me throughout has been both kind and very clear and he quickly responds to any queries. We are delighted to say it took our daughter only six months from her first lesson to passing first time. We will certainly be asking Nick to teach our younger daughter too.

I came to Nick after my previous instructor was unable to teach due to a medical issue. It was previous my instructor who recommended Nick. Nick is a very patient and thorough with his tuition. I feel he helped me really stayed focused with achievable goals and suggestions, his approach is very thorough and gives detailed constructive feedback. He helped iron out my driving weak areas and really improved the quality of my driving. I struggled with concentration and Nick really worked with me with solutions to overcome this. Nick has a very calm approach, which really helped me due to me being nervous driver. I would highly recommend Nick as an instructor for anyone looking for an instructor. .

Nick was really flexible with giving me lessons that worked around my job, which meant I could get plenty of practice and pass first time. Enjoyable lessons and felt like I can drive independently, not just pass my test.

Nick picked me up after I had been with a previous instructor who suffered from a medical issue which meant he became unable to teach. After my first lesson with Nick I soon realised that I had many issues with my driving that needed ironing out, Nick did a great job of pointing these issues out quickly and working with me to correct them. Nick never held back from giving a detailed lesson and always gave detailed answers to any questions or queries I had about driving. Nicks calm manner was exactly what I required as a nervous driver and he always helped me deal with any stressful situations I had whilst driving. It was an honour to have Nick as my instructor and I will recommend Nick to anyone who is searching for an instructor. Many thanks to Nick, if you are searching for an instructor I believe that Nick is the obvious choice no matter what level you are at he will find ways to improve your driving.

Nick took me on last minute due to my previous instructor falling ill and me having a test coming up. He is very friendly and extremely encouraging and helped me a lot with my test nerves on the day helping me to stay calm and pass! I would highly recommend.
