A1 Driver Training is run by Pete Cowan. Pete has been a Department of Transport Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) (High Grade) since 1986, holds the RoSPA Gold Award for Advanced Driving, and the RoSPA Diploma for the Tuition of Advanced Driving, and DSA Fleet Driver Trainer Registration.

Operating from North Scarle (Lincoln), A1 Driver Training provides driver training to clients throughout Lincoln and many surrounding villages. Established in 1985 the company has 26 years of experience in the Driving Schools business.

Pete Cowan is the sole trainer, so clients won't end up with a different instructor every week. He one of the highest qualified trainers in the area; and is registered and highly graded with the Driving Standards Agency, as well as having current Gold and Diploma Certificates from RoSPA in Advanced Driving Instruction. He is also Fleet and SAFED Registered, as well as PassPlus.

The firm delivers free online theory training that is tailored to requirements and gives guidance on progress. The course tells the client when they are ready to take the theory test, making it perfect for home study, and it is available on starting lessons.
