I offer Tarot, and Astrological readings and presently work from Folio in Marmion Road, Southsea. Readings are in-depth and intuitive. I was resident Astrologer for two years with 'One Source' magazine, and have written articles for various publications. I also teach private courses in Tarot and Astrology. I can also offer online readings via email or recording.

I am IIHHT qualified in Holistic/Complementary Therapy with 22 years of experience. I specialise in stress release and relaxation treatments. My working models are: Swedish deep tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki Natural Healing. I began my career working from home, and opened my own therapy centre, The Energy Exchange Holistic Centre in Southsea from 1998-2004. I was also a volunteer therapist for three years, at the Macmillan Centre Cancer Trust, at St Mary's Hospital, Portsmouth. I have run introduction courses to the Holistic Arts privately, and in education centres, and I am a Reiki master, offering training from level one to master level Reiki. I also have a certificate in Basic Counseling skills.

I run courses and workshops in Tarot and Astrology, from beginners to advanced level, and also run courses in Reiki level 1, 2 and 3. I worked in Adult Education from 2001-2013 teaching Introduction to Holistic Arts which included Body Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and also Astrology and Tarot. I have worked from Portsmouth College, The Neville Lovett Community School in Fareham, Havant College and The WEA, Omega Centre in Southsea. I now run private courses, and I am also available for talks and workshops in all of these subjects.
