Grand Cru is a luxurious houseboat available for your exclusive use; for weekends or two night midweek breaks. The boat is moored at Darlington Wharf, which is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Bath. English breakfast provisions are included, one a self catering basis.

The Cru Houseboats have a fully fitted kitchen, with a full size cooker and a fridge / freezer, gas central heating and a wood-burning stove, surrounded by a real brick fireplace, ideal for romantic, cosy winter weekends. The boats have a 240-volt electrical system, TV with digital free view and a Bluetooth Speaker system. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

The boats, Grand Cru and Premier Cru can accommodate up to six poeple.
The price for a two night stay for up to six persons is £490.
The price includes; breakfast provisions, a two night stay and free parking.

During your stay on the boat, you will be able to enjoy at an extra charge of £59 a 45-minute canal cruise to a village pub, an hour 'stop off' for drinks or lunch, then return to our base at Darlington Wharf in Bath. If you wish you can all have a go at driving the the boat. The timing of the cruise can be arranged to suit yout holiday plans.

What a fabulous weekend we had on Grand Cru! My husband and I could not have asked for a more romantic setting and the fact we had great weather, for February, was an added bonus! The boat is absolutely beautiful and the accommodation is of a very high standard. There is plenty of room on board and the wood burning stove gives the boat such a cosy and romantic feel. There were lots of lovely touches on board, such as flowers, a bottle of wine, food for breakfast in the fridge, milk and all the essentials needed. We received a hugely warm welcome from Peter Brown and his family, and with a thorough pep talk from Peter before we set off, we were able to get the most out of life on the canal. We highly recommend a trip on Grand Cru. Excellent!
