Did both my class 1 and 2 with this company, obviously class 2 first. I had Bob as my instructor for both,. He was exceptionally good, very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. His methods are methodical and this format really helped me get to test standard efficiently. I really cannot fault the training given.

I Would to thank Bob and Steve for a excellent training package enabling me to pass my class two on Friday 11 December 2015. I can recommend these guys to anyone thinking of a hgv course as its value for money, Bob is a knowledgeable instructor with many years experience. Hope to do my class one in a couple of months with Teesside Transport Training.

Not very well organised or managed. Training vehicle poorly maintained and repeatedly failed. Reverse training on a peace of uneven waste land and trainer had a habit of loosing his patience after his poorly given instructions were misinterpreted.

Many thanks to both Steve and Bob who took me out for the final 2hrs before my C+E test. It was a tough week even for a veteran of class 2 driving. But you do get plenty of driving time with no classroom work even when shared. Its a very thorough course and takes a fair old bit of concentration to really drive to the required standard. By Wednesday I was on the ropes thinking I'd blew my chances but, never say die when theres a thousand pounds at stake. By Friday (test time)I managed a near perfect drive! 2 minors including one shunt on the reverse. Thanks again!

My son Liam booked a lgv cat C course £895. He had the unfortunate luck to have an instructor called Bill. Bill had no patience and shouted and swore at the two clients to the point my son couldn't concentrate and refused to drive. Bill tiraded Liam with foul language telling Liam that he had no chance of passing his test. Company has a success rate of 85% while the national pass rate is only 46% source DSA. I would have expected a patient caring instructer not a bully who totally shattered his confidence.
Response : Liam did attend a driving course with ourselves. We have been in correspondence with his father and the matter is being dealt with as a serious complaint, despite Mr Carling enwuiring about further training. What I would like to point out is that neither Liam or his father came to management with this grievance during the course. If they had we could and would have dealt with the matter immediately. It is not our policy to condone unprofessional behaviour.
