Tina made the course really enjoyable she made use all at ease I was really nervous the first day but Tina sorted that out bottom line very good knowledgeable very helpful person would definitely recommend Tina to take your course with Tina laid on tea coffee biscuits thermal mugs and it was a pleasure talking the course!

I'm a person who's not keen on training courses, but this is the 2rd time Tina has got me through my ADR. There's so much to learn with course yet somehow she managed to make it sink in over three days. Compared to my 1st instructor I wouldn't want to take this course with anyone else.
