Called up to speak to a specific partner. Was told by the receptionist that he was "working on a big case" and would get back to me. It must have been a huge case because one week later, I still haven't heard from him. Not impressed! Sadly, the star rating doesn't allow me to give zero stars so I have had to give one star…Which is one star too many!
