Great place they had my computer quoted and fixed in a time I wasn't expecting even though I had been there previously years ago I thought my current problem would take longer to fix but I was proven wrong. Nathaniel is a great guy very friendly and knowledgeable I'm a very happy repeate customer.

Nathaniel has been helping us with our computers for many years. This includes setting them up initially and then when things go wrong solving the problem for us. He is clearly very knowledgeable and we have not yet had a problem he has not been able to solve. He is always prompt in answering calls and absolutely reliable in attending call-outs. When we have had to leave a computer with him it has always been ready on the agreed date. Mostly Nathaniel has been able to solve the issue on site in a very short space of time. He is our 'go to' computer man and we can thoroughly recommend him without reservations.

Nathaniel did me an absolute solid of fixing my laptop twice in an emergency! Once the C drive was too full and it got stuck in a death loop. He fixed it mega quick and for a super reasonable price including updating Windows. Then, I spilt tea on the keyboard. Complete panic. Nathaniel took it from me the same day and it was dried out within a few days with no damage or extra costs! I cannot recommend Sheffield Computer Services enough!

After becoming dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from a company I had been using for computer repairs for years, I decided it was time for a change. I chose Sheffield Computer Services, and I am very glad I did. The previous attempt at repair had left a working computer not recognising any of its internal drives and unbootable, and was told that it was on its last legs. Nathaniel got the computer recognising the drives and booting again and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. He also took the time to make sure the latest drivers were installed for all aspects of the computer, especially the graphics drivers, which has enhanced its performance in that respect. Nathaniel was friendly, polite, courteous and respectful at all times, and managed to get a computer that according to the previous company was on its way out working well again. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheffield Computer Services to anyone. .

I contacted SCS when my laptop froze during a work meeting and failed to recover. I dropped off the laptop and picked it up, recovered, the following day. For all of us who have very limited technical knowledge and expertise but rely on our technology and machines, a local service like SCS is essential. Reliable, responsive, reasonably priced, highly recommended!

Excellent service, quick and easy. Would recommend this company. I had my old dreadfully slow laptop updated with a new drive plus Windows 10. 5 stars because the whole process was simple and quick and, in addition, I really liked the way essential and useful stuff had been uploaded, but the other clutter not. I could see and understand what had been done and why from the attachment on the desktop. I had further questions which were answered quickly and a link was sent me.

My 27" iMac was on its last legs- miraculously brought back to life within a few days and saved me hundreds in buying a new machine. The company kindly delivered the machine for free fully functioning.

My laptop was purely damaged by water, so there was nothing that Nathaniel could do. However, I still strongly recommend Nathaniel since you can fell his sincerity to help you. Hope we can have another opportunity to meet again.

I highly recommend Nathanial. He was incredibly efficient and managed to bring my apple MacBook back to life by performing a full systems analysis and clean up and then ordering a new hard drive which he changed and installed, along with backing everything up on an external hard drive as well. All done within a couple of days and now my Mac feels like new again. Thank you so so much.
