If you're thinking about going with Richard Harpham then do so. A brilliant instructor which helped me pass within 4 months. Very understanding, always answers questions no matter how stupid they sound to you, very calm and relaxing creating a great atmosphere when driving. Also when going you will be driving every lesson, not sat on the side of the road which is great hands on learning. No faults what so ever, brilliant bloke whom id highly recommend to anyone starting driving.

Can't thank Richard enough for helping me pass my driving test. As quite a nervous learner, Richard helped me be calm and become a good driver. There is no way to fault Richies lessons. He's understanding, calm, reassuring and I couldn't imagine a better instructor. He encouraged me to improve which I did rapidly thanks to him always finding a time to fit a lesson in; resulting in me passing in around 3 months. He is always there to answer any questions you have; no matter how silly they sound. He creates a comfortable, calming atmosphere in lessons easily! I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Richard was an extremely good driving instructor and I am very glad that I chose to learn with him. He is very calm and understanding with first time drivers, answering any questions you wish to know about driving and your surroundings. His teaching is easy to understand and never complicated, excellent for a learner driver. I always felt comfortable and looked forward to my lessons! It was very quick to learn how to drive with Richard, and I would recommend him every time.

Richard could not have been more helpful, flexible and willing if he tried when teaching me how to drive. I always felt like he genuinely wanted me to succeed and he always pushed to get the best out of me whilst building my confidence at the same time. Richard is a very patient driving instructor that immediately puts you at ease. I felt that it was okay to make mistakes and ask any questions I felt I needed to. With friendly chats along the way, I quickly progressed into a confident driver.

Richard is a really great driving instructor- I always looked forward to my lessons and felt comfortable learning to drive with him. As soon as I started my driving lessons with Richard I felt totally comfortable and safe. I was really nervous to start with but Richard made me feel at ease. In the roughly 25 lessons I had he went through all the things I would possibly need to know to pass my test and help me with my confidence. I passed my test with 6 minors and feel totally confident and safe on the road. I would recommend Richard to anyone :).
