I passed my test first time with malcolm I had a bad experience with a driving instructor before but malcolm was extremely patient, friendly, funny and knowledgeable he is a great instructor and a lovely person I couldn't recommend him more.

With Malcolm as an instructor, I passed my test first time. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable getting behind the wheel and driving. He gave me as much support as I needed and he is to thank for my success.

Just passed 1st time despite being a very nervous 51 yr old, thanks to instructor Malcolm's excellent training and patience. Malcolm put in 100 per cent to help me at every lesson from the 1st to the last and the theory materials were really well structured and easy to understand, I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix Driver Training to everyone and will be going back to do some motorway training soon, Thank you Malcolm :))))).

Not only an exceptional instructor, helpful and Knowledgeable, but also one of the funniest guys I’ve met and a good friend.

After decades of wanting to drive I plucked up the courage at 58. Malcolm Galloway. Helped me conquer my fears. Got me through my theory test. And I passed my driving test 1st time.

Had struggled with passing my test with a different agency, Failed multiple time. Switched to this agency and got the pass 2nd try. Nigel was a amazing teacher and I couldnt of done it with out him. I would highly recommend.

Phoenix driver training is excellent and at the time I was there I learned everything I needed to know to pass my theory and learned all basic driving so was prepared to go out on the roads.

I learned to drive with Nigel, and passed first time with only 2 minors. Nigel always made me feel so comfortable and confident behind the wheel and is such an excellent teacher, I couldn’t recommend him more! I was so nervous when I first started learning to drive and had zero experience, but Nigel instantly put me at ease and offered me so much help on my theory test, as well as being the reason I passed my practical! Nigel has made me feel incredibly confident as a driver and has been an excellent teacher. I started driving lessons knowing absolutely nothing about driving, a year later I can say that through Nigel's teaching I feel very safe and I believe that I am now a competent driver. He has always been so lovely and supportive to me and when I made a mistake he would never make me feel bad about it instead he would turn it around and make me learn from it. Im very glad that Nigel was my driving instructor and I honestly couldn't recommend him enough.

Yesterday I passed my test and that is down to Nigel’s teaching. He would always understand what I was good at and not so good at, yet never rushed me in certain situations. Every lesson was a laugh and exciting, I would highly recommend!

I was terrified but excited on my first day to drive with Nigel but he reassured me through the whole experience to stay calm and focus but also enjoy the drive.
