Steve is a brilliant instructor who helps you pass with ease. He’s a really great person as well as a nice character. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an instructor.

I was someone who passed their test over 10 years ago but never really ended up driving. So in March 2026 I decided I needed refresher lessons as I didn't want to be a danger on the road. I did an initial lesson with someone else then I landed on Steve. From March to July I did Lessons with Steve and to be very honest, he has been the best instructor I have ever had (even better than my original who I passed with). Now I feel the most confident I have ever felt behind a wheel and that is down to him. If you ever need refresher lessons or just a new driver, just know that with Steve you are very much in safe hands. Grateful to have met him as I know there are some poor instructors out there. Steve is one of the good ones.

I passed my driving test first time after around six months of lessons with Steve, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Steve was incredibly patient, calm and supportive throughout. He explained everything clearly, helped build my confidence, and always made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. Steve is an incredible driving instructor and allowed me to feel fully confident ahead of my test. We practiced different test routes and he really got my up to a high standard before my test and I passed first time.

Steve is the best possible driving instructor you could ask for. I had a really great experience learning to drive with Steve. He’s an excellent instructor who makes you feel comfortable and confident right from the start. His calm and patient approach really helped me stay relaxed, even when I was nervous or made mistakes. Steve explains everything clearly and takes the time to make sure you fully understand each part of driving, which made a big difference in how quickly I improved. He’s also genuinely kind and supportive, always encouraging you to do your best without putting any pressure on you. 100% recommend Steve from my first ever lesson to the very end was always very supportive and encouraged me when I wasn’t confident, Steve was very welcoming and I felt safe at all times under his supervision I’m definitely going to miss the lovely chats we had every week! Well, what a great experience I had with Steve. Fantastic bloke and I'll be sorry to see him go. After having lessons in my early twenties and giving up, I decided to get back into it and Steve was the man, I couldn't of asked for a better instructor. Taught me the basics from day one and each lesson I had I felt the improvement coming along up until my test date (today). He talked me through everything I needed to know, made me feel at ease behind the wheel and most importantly made me feel like I belonged on the road. I honestly don't think I would of passed 1st time with only 2 minors if it wasn't for Steve. Lovely bloke to speak to aswell, I'll miss my rugby chats with him to say the least! I would highly recommend him if you want to pass your driving test with ease and confidence, always on time and he listened and was understanding from the first day until the last. I started driving with Steve, I was new to the road and everything around me, also abit scared due to my past, straight away Steve made me feel so easy an relaxed, 7 months down the line I had my test today … And I PASSED! 1st time. I would not of been able to get the result I wanted without the help of my instructor Steve! I couldn't thank him enough, he is always reliable and on time (if not early) So I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone at ANY level of driving! Once again. I would happily recommend Steve to anyone, he supported me right from the start and was never hesitant to inform me where I have gone wrong and how I could correct my errors. I respected his straightforward attitude and he would always give praise when I had done well. I can't thank him enough for supporting me which resulted in me passing my test on the first time. Steve is a brilliant instructor, he helped me pass 1st time after I was messed about by multiple instructors he is a really nice guy and has taught me everything I know to pass my test 1st time I would personally recommend him to teach new drivers.

I started with Ste at the end of July and I have just passed today (March) First time Pass. 1 Minor. Ste was always on time, never letting me down. Easy to talk to, Firm when needing to be. Would recommend Ste to anyone .

Steve was my first and only instructor, from the start he was professional and had great communication. During my lessons Steve was extremely punctual and never let me down on a lesson and made sure that you felt comfortable before attempting certain road layouts. He was also very accommodating in the run up to my test taking me for a few extra lessons to prepare and made sure that I was confident in my ability. Steve did not just teach me to drive in order to pass the test, but has prepared me to drive in a safe way for the rest of my life. With passing first time I am very happy with Steve as an instructor and would 100% recommend him to anybody who is looking for a reliable instructor with structured lessons and great communication!

I would 100% recommend Steve I passed with him my first time he was always flexible with my lessons he would give good constructive advice about what I’d done wrong in the lessons he was patient and always willing to help with anything when asking questions and gave me the belief I was going to do well and pass after my first test got cancelled, I did so for that I couldn’t be more grateful Thankyou Steve ? I Can not recommend Steve enough, Steve is very reliable, very understanding and patient. Steve is always on time and is very willing to work around your availability, he is happy to go over any issues you may have! I don’t think I would ever be driving if it wasn’t for Steve!
