JFM - Just Fix Mac

My Macbook Pro laptop would not boot up and I looked up a local company. Even though I called on a Sunday afternoon, George straight away was helpful and professional. I took the laptop in on Monday morning and it was fixed by the afternoon as I was going away the next day. It needed a new hard disk. Also, they did an upgrade on my operating system and a new version of Office and best of all, they managed to transfer all of my data! They kept me updated on how it was going during the day. I feel like I have a new machine now. Thanks so much guys!

Woke up this morning to crisis as iMac wouldn't boot up, put a call in to the guys and as I run a small business I can't be without my machine, excellent service, repaired and back in a few hours.

This is the second time I've used Just Fix Mac. The first was when they transferred data from my old MacBook to my new one. This new MacBook died on me on Tuesday night. I rang and spoke George (I was in a state of blind panic, I have to say! ) and arranged to bring my MacBook to them on the Thursday. All is well now. Miles fixed it the same day - new hard drive, more RAM, updated my OS, cleaned the machine AND, most importantly, recovered my data! I was convinced that all was lost and that I'd have to buy a new machine! Thank you JFM - what would I do without you? We have used this company several times now for various repairs from dead computers to up grading. They have always been extremely reliable, honest, knowledgable, fast, value for money. I was very hesitant when I first went to them as you just don't know what you will get cold from the web but don't worry they really are a great company. We need our computers for work being graphic designers thus are very fussy about who can go near them Just Fix Mac get full thumbs up!

I first used these guys a few years ago when my computer just stopped working altogether days before an important deadline - and around Christmas time. George and his team jumped to help me, and I haven't seen anybody else since for my repair needs. They treat their returning customers like family, and are prompt and helpful at every turn. Highly recommend.

My daughter's 7 year old Macbook suffered a broken screen after falling off a table. The Mac shop in the Harlequin Centre in Watford discouraged me from having it fixed after quoting a price of just under £300 to have it mended. They were pointing me in the direction of a brand new replacement from their shop. This was not an option for my daughter who is a struggling student. I found George from Just Fix Mac on Google. I am just writing to say that he repaired the device to a very good standard at a fraction of the Mac shop price. He also repaired stuff like hinges and missing screws (the result of having a repair job done in the Mac shop in Brent Cross) free of charge. All of this was excellent customer service.
