Jason is an NLP practitioner and certified weight loss coach and emotional eating expert.
Jason Splits his time between London and Tel Aviv. As well as coaching clients, Jason teachs Weight loss life coaching to Dietitians and health professionals at the Jerusalem Coaching Institute.
Jason helps clients discover and overcome the reasons why they may eat too much or when sad, down, bored or late at night. Helping clients deal better with stress and anxiety, the main causes of unbalanced eating. Jason does not have a 'one size fits all' attitude and will tailor-make coaching to suit each client's needs.
