Had an amazing instructor Garry Thompson was with him for some time only because of personal matters but whenever I needed Garry he was there and tried his best to book me into his schedule and not only did I pass I made a new friend so I would highly reccomend ICDT’s services. Thanks again Garry!

Great service! Very helpful, proactive and knowledgeable instructor. I passed my test with first attempt within 10 weeks of my first lesson. I had the chance to drive through all the test routes before my test which made me comfortable and confident during my test. The instructor doesn't only ensures you are able to pass your test but enables you to be a safe and competent driver. Would highly recommend it.

When first learning how to drive with a previous Instructor for a year spending a lot of money and not feeling like a was getting anywhere, I never thought I would pass, coming across icdt in my first one hour lesson I learnt so much about what I was doing wrong, after just a month of lessons I become so much more confident and a much better driver, every lesson I learnt something new I had a amazing teacher and he explained everything in detail so I could understand easily, I passed with 4 minors, icdt highly recommended I wish I found you sooner best company in the county by far!

ICDT is an excellent driving school that has helped me pass my test the third time with only 4 minors! Coming from another city to study at university, I had previously taken a test with another instructor who had taught me the basics to drive and pass however ICDT improved my driving by understanding different roads and conditions within the new area. In my lessons, my instructor had taught me in great detail on what we were doing by using camera footage and tablet app to visualize the road. Which has increased my knowledge and confidence when driving. If you're looking for an instructor who is kind, very helpful and patient then I would highly recommend ICDT! The service I had received is professional and very organised. Not only does ICDT teach you how to drive but teaches the vital skill of safety! Thank you ICDT!

When I started to learn how to drive I thought I would never pass my test due to my low confidence. However being with ICDT has increased my confidence in my ability so much and I passed my test last Wednesday! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to drive, ICDT are for sure the BEST!

I just want to thank ICDT for all the help and support. I passed with only 5minors! My instructor was professional, helpful and organised. The lessons were really informative and various teaching styles were used to suit your best understanding! For me it was the camera, it really helped alongside my driving to learn the essential skills and develop to improve to become a safe driver. Definately recommend ICDT!

Amazing quality driving lessons and definitely recommend ICDT if you want to gain the skills and confidence to drive in a short period, with only 3 months of lessons I was able to pass with only 4 minors!

ICDT are really good value for money, their instructors are very helpful, in particular they will pin point exactly what you need to do to make sure you are test ready. I passed my first time with my instructor, when with other instructors I didnt hit the mark. I guarantee it will be worth your while.

I passed my driving test with only 3 minor first time. I had a very professional, patient and knowledgable instructor who explained and demonstrated things that I was struggling with. I passed my driving test this morning after a lot of hard work and patience from my instructor at ICDT. I was an extremely nervous learner but ICDT was so patient and understanding. My instructor knew when to push me so that I could be a better driver and it has definitely paid off. Lessons were relaxed and friendly, such a great experience learning to drive with you. I can't thank ICDT enough.

Passed today first time with only 5 minors after only 40 hours of lessons and no other driving time. I 100% recommend ICDT to anyone. My instructor was experienced and knew what he was on about which made me feel comfortable and relaxed with him. After listening to some of my friends experiences I'm glad I went with ICDT as I can tell they are great and I made a good choice. Couldn't of asked for anything more from them.

After almost 8 years of having driving lessons with a range of companies and never building the confidence in my ability to go for it, ICDT and Gary helped me to reach my goal of passing my driving test. My instructor was patient, firm, motivational and supportive of me throughout our sessions and his unique approach to his instruction is what I feel has made the difference to me being able to approach my test with confidence. I now drive with pride and confidence and frequently make my partner laugh recounting the mantras that Gary used with me to help me to remember my manouvres and approach to driving. I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone and I thank Gary for all of his hard work in preparing me for not only my test, but the driving 'career' that I now face as an independent driver.

Started driving school with IDCT in June and my teacher was Gary. I can't express how happy I am with the results of the school… we set a date to pass my test in December and gary worked with me helping me to believe in my self and showing different learning styles everytime I found something difficult or struggled… I haven't stopped smiling since yesterday when I passed on my first attempt with 6 minor results… this school cares about you and what you want… works with you in different ways and if very flexible if your will to work hard. Overall results very happy with every lesson I have received and would recommend to anyone if you want to pass first time and in a short time… these guys are brilliant! No hesitations or regrets needed! Book with ICDT to get rid of L plates and having safe driving for life! Money well spent!

I very much enjoyed my time learning to drive with Thompson driver training. The instructor was very patient and reliable. He helped me progress quickly and helped me become a good, safe driver.
