I have passed my test with Nick Boxley. I am incredibly grateful to have had Nick as my driving instructor. His support,guidance, and encouragement were instrumental in helping me pass my driving test. He has always believed that I can do it. I wouldn't have passed if it wasn't for Nick. I would highly recommend Nick to all my friends in Norwich. And I would like to thank How to Drive Driving School for giving me a miraculous instructor.

Honestly Mitch is such an amazing driving instructor. Explains things in great detail and is very informative. He’s helped me tremendously and on top of that such a great guy. (Couldn’t recommend more).

Andrew Blaxter is a brilliant instructor, he is always patient and really friendly. Andrew taught me from scratch and has allowed me to be confident in my driving. Andrew does not just teach you to be test ready he teaches you to drive safely for life! I would highly recommend Andrew as an instructor for anyone who is looking to start driving due to his genuine interest and passion in teaching people to drive and helping them develop skills along the way. Being a nervous person my confidence was very low but my instructor chris was amazing helping me to get over each hurdle and no longer as nervous as I was Passing first time with some minors but I couldn't be more happy 100% recommended plus my son is now joining chris to pass his test Thank you for everything.

Had daily lessons with Rowland Sells and they were great. Each lesson was productive and by the end I achieved all the skills needed to pass. He arrived at my house on time every time and we debriefed well at the end of every lesson.

I always thought I’d never be a driver and learning never really crossed my mind until this year. Instructor Wayne Bennett was so patient and made everything simple to follow that I soon changed my mind and realised driving is for me. Thank you so much for all of your time and patience Wayne. 10/10 instructor and 10/10 experience ? .

Terrible service. I had 3 instructors, each of which cancelled lessons moments before starting, consistently turned up late, dropped me home early and the last two regularly had me drive somewhere to wait in a car park to change cars with another instructor, all on time I was paying £80 an hour for. Even arrived late on the day of my test, where I found out many parts of the test had never been touched upon in lessons. When I complained to one instructor they passed me off to someone else rather than acknowledging the issues raised. I got a similar response when I emailed the director, they simply didn't care. Now having swapped to another driving school the quality is incomparable, I wish I had left sooner. There's every chance you'll get a better instructor than the ones I dealt with but why roll the dice when you can go with another company who might look after you if you don't get what you paid for. Avoid How 2 Drive.

Had a fantastic experience learning with instructor steve - very relaxed and calm, easygoing lessons. Had 44 hours and passed first-time, would recommend to any learner especially anyone nervous on the road.

My instructor Chris was very helpful in helping me pass my test. He was fantastic at fitting lessons around college schedules, he was very kind and patient whilst I was learning. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Adam was amazing. He always pointed out where I was needing to improve on things. He is such a great guy would happily recommend him to anyone who needed lessons.

My instructor was great for me personally because we progressed through the driving skills step by step at a time and making sure to go back and put more practice in the skills I was struggling with. I also really liked the summary messages that my instructor wrote after a lesson, that was really helpful.

My instructor Mitch was very good and helpful this benefited me learning how to drive and pass my test first time I would recommend him as he is good at fitting driving lessons around your schedule and is very helpful.

My instructor was very helpful for me while learning. He was patient when I kept making silly mistakes and made it clear how I could improve.

I had Frazer as my driving instructor. Couldn’t recommend him enough, really patient and friendly and made me feel at ease and made driving enjoyable. Passed first time due to him.

I passed first time, with zero faults, due to the hard work me and my instructor Mark Horne put in. He was recommended to me by my dad and friends of ours, and rightly so. He is a very personable individual, very kind, creates a great pupil-centric atmosphere when he instructs and has an extreme eye for detail. He makes learning interesting, links in parts of the theory, has really helpful and simple methods to help you remember manoeuvres and is not harsh or rude or intimidating upon making a mistake early on. He pulls knowledge out of you rather than just info-dumping and expecting you to pick it up. His care for a proper standard of driving made it easy for me to do the test. I thoroughly enjoyed every single lesson and he was very good at pushing me beyond my limits (especially early on) so that we covered as much as we could have done each lesson. Mark gives you absolute value for money if you are willing to put the effort in yourself. He is very understanding and flexible. He has (on multiple occasions) gone out of his way to move things around, and help me out with lessons despite a busy summer for myself playing sport. Mark made himself really available leading up to my test date was so I could further improve my driving and confidence - hence come test date, I was mighty confident. Amazing to learn with, so considerate and understandable and would highly recommend!

Kevin ‘kev’ was absolutely incredible. He was the most understanding, patient, and helpful man. I was a very nervous driver and struggled quite a bit but kev was genuinely so kind towards me. He suggested extremely helpful solutions and I overcame my hesitation. He explained everything very clearly and as someone who knew nothing about cars this was so needed. He was very on the ball about my mistakes but expressed feedback in a way I understood. If there was something specific I wanted to focus each lesson kev would always make sure that we did what I requested and practiced it until I felt confident. We’ve had brilliant discussions and hilarious conversations while driving which made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me relax. I would recommend kev to anyone who wants to learn how to drive, this man is a genuinely amazing human being.Moreexpand_more

Such an amazing experience with how2drive and with my driving instructor Kirsty and will miss her teaching me to drive and all the chats and laughs we had. I can’t be more thankful for the experience I have had and being able to pass first time.

Andrew is a wonderful instructor and very knowledgeable. He meets you where you are and helps you step by step. I am so glad I worked with him and passed on my first attempt.
