My main focus is on mental health, anxiety and stress and matters of the heart. If you are experiencing grief, fear, shame, let down, hysterical or even panicked, I'm here to help.

Homeopathy is complementary and uses a holistic approach and treats each person as a unique individual.

Homeopathy is derived from the Greek words hómoios: similar and páthos: suffering, disease. It gives rise to the philosophy of, 'Like Treats Like'.

Homeopaths look at each person’s mind, body and emotions, and each session gives the Homeopath a good picture of any current issues.

Homeopathic remedies aim to stimulate the bodies system, allowing us to deal with the most urgent need first.
