Feeling you don't know which way to turn, or that you cannot burden others, may mean you are struggling. Tackling the issues holding you back, or bothering you, might feel difficult and scary. This is where I can help, to give a reliable, safe place to explore, learn and understand. I listen carefully to support you, to make sense of your experiences, discover new ways of addressing problems, and to identify creative solutions to relationships. I offer a warm, accepting and encouraging relationship to help you make changes.

I am a BACP Accredited and EMDR Association Accredited therapist. I have 13 years experience working as a Counsellor, with qualifications in Humanistic Counselling, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Counselling Supervision. I can offer EMDR which is a treatment for trauma.
I work with Employee Assistance Programme referrals, and in private practice. I have experience working with NHS clients and as a Rape Crisis Counsellor.
I offer Couples, individual, and EMDR sessions. I have a practice, 5 minutes drive from the city centre, with free parking, near major bus routes and the QMC tram stop. The room is on the first floor with stairs to access.
