About Eat Sense

I provide an empowering, life-transforming, personalised coaching service focusing on health and food related issues.
I can work with you if you struggle with any of the following:
Digestive discomfort, Mood issues, Over-eating, Binge-eating, Body image, Low immunity, Undernourishment, other unwanted eating behaviours, Foggy mind, Low energy, Stress, Dry skin, hair, nails, other random undiagnosed symptoms.

Your personalised coaching plan can include:
Nutrition advice.
Intuitive, mindful eating.
Circadian rhythm.
Stress/anxiety management.
In person cookery tuition - locals only.
Cooking advisory support service.
Recipes.
Motivation and accountability.
Belief change techniques.
Feng shui techniques.
Food energetics.
Emotional support.

I think you'll like my fresh approach as I toss out all outdated diet concepts and work with your unique quirks and nuances to get you where you want to go.
If you've had no success trying to force yourself into dietary boxes that you just don't fit, then why not drop that tactic and try something new. We are all unique in every way and what works for Joe Fitness down the road, won't necessarily work for you.
Many so-called 'healthy diets' are depriving and dictatorial, leaving you with a feeling of failure and guilt if it you don't get your desired results. It's not that you did it wrong, nor is it your lack of willpower. It's much more likely that on some level your needs are not being fulfilled. So instead of trying to beat yourself into submission, allow me to guide you with love and understanding to an empowered, sustainable, happy outcome.
We will focus on real food, good nourishment, body comfort, energetics and whole mind, body and soul health.

I draw on several other techniques to identify and resolve the issues that may be affecting your overall experience. These include:
Macrobiotic diet and philosophy - The study and practice of living a Large Life.
PSYCH-K - belief change technique, fast and effective method of removing the subconscious blocks that are unknowingly holding you back.
Feng Shui - harnessing the energetics in the environment and creating a beneficial flow.
Colour therapy - using the frequencies of light for healing mind and mood.
Meditation and mindfulness - awareness of thought patterns, bodily requirements and energy flow.

I highly recommend Eat Sense to anyone who is looking to learn more about the wonderful world of food. I was enlightened to many different foods, cooking methods and clever techniques, and through some fun food tests I have discovered various tastes and styles which has made cooking and food shopping so much more enjoyable and exciting. The course was almost therapeutic in its approach and was delivered so authentically and with such passion by Red, that I found myself eagerly looking forward to my next session. Eat Sense has helped me to understand my body and its needs, being conscious of my food choices and connecting mindfully with the food I was eating and how it made me feel both physically and emotionally. Being aware of balance and the various ways balance can be achieved and learning about the “Five Elements” was one of the many highlights I discovered……. Following the course, I have been able to try out many of the amazing recipes and cooking tips that I have learned on the course, I have also found a love for making soups…daily and my new dish to impress is Katsu Cod… which I never would have attempted before this course which shows how my confidence in the kitchen has improved. The recipes I have learned didn’t require a full pantry overhaul or spending a lot of money on expensive ingredients… (that’s not the purpose of the course) I have however added a couple of new herbs, vegetables and grains to my diet which I am really enjoying and my body is thanking me for. This was a truly wonderful experience, thank you so much for everything Red!
