I’ve passed my test first time today with the amazing help and dedication from Drive Learn Achieve. I highly recommend as they came highly recommended to me and they also helped my sister pass first time as well. The personal one to one and priority is second to none. I’d highly recommend Drive Learn Achieve, my instructor was patient, friendly, explained things clearly and put me at ease. Additionally he was flexible with lesson times which meant I was able to fit learning to drive around my busy life. On test day I felt confident that I would do well, I mainly feel this was due to the confidence my instructor had in me and the fact that he said I could pass. I would definitely recommend this excellent driving school to anyone that is keen to learn drive and pass their test first time!

I learnt to drive with Dean at DLA and passed a key workers driving test first time with 3 minors. I hadn’t had a driving lesson for four months before my test due to lockdown but still passed due to the good standard of teaching at DLA and Dean ensured I still had everything I needed to pass. I was really nervous when I first started my lessons and Dean was really helpful and calm. Would recommend DLA to anyone looking to start driving lessons.

Amazing experience learning with DLA, passed first time with only 3 minors thanks to my fab instructor, who ensured I was confident comfortable in all aspects of my driving! Great instructors. Make you feel very comfortable behind the wheel and you get a lot done in your lessons. Get straight to the driving where as other companies like to talk a lot (I found anyways).

I started my driving lessons as a nervous wreck, shaking behind the wheel and the patience and kindness of my driving instructor with dla was an absolute godsend. Without them I would never have managed to pass my test and this week I did just that ! I cannot thank you guys enough for the help and time you have given me over the past year! My experience with DLA was amazing. My instructor was always on time and was very professional but also very welcoming and easy to get on with. My instructor was extremely focused and thorough with ways in which I could improve my driving, which meant by the time of my test I felt that I was totally prepared for my test. I not only learnt how to pass my test with DLA but also how to be enjoy and be safe when driving for the rest of my life.

Been learning with DLA from the beginning and today I finally passed my test on the 4th attempt, the nerves always seemed to get the best of me but not today, my instructor was always very patient with me and I have learnt so much from him, I now feel more confident than ever and I'm looking forward to taking the pass plus course with DLA to give me even more confidence, thanks for always being professional, friendly and pushing me to continue when at times I felt like giving up with my driving due to the nerves on the day of the the test, hopefully see you on the road soon whilst I'm driving my own car.

I started learning to drive with DLA having never driven before. My instructor was calm and encouraging even if I was getting stressed. I looked forward to all my driving lessons as after each lesson I could see tremendous progress. I would highly recommend the DLA to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable learning experience.

Highly recommend dean and dla, very patient instructor, doesn’t get agitated or add pressure to you when you make a mistake making driving feel safe and calm, teaches you everything at a steady pace so nothing is overwhelming helping you build confidence, very happy would recommend to anyone.

I'd been learning to drive on and off for two years with different instructors, and I still wasn't confident on the roads. After starting with DLA I actually began enjoy my lessons and felt like I was getting better after each lesson. Couldn't have passed my test without them. I highly recommend learning with DLA.

I had started to learn to drive in my home town and so I already had some driving experience but I had run out of time before moving to Cardiff to complete my tuition. After just over a year of not driving, I started to look for a suitable driving school. DLA was the first driving school I found online via raving online reviews and so I thought to contact the school to find out if they were available to teach. DLA was the quickest to respond to my emails and arranged an induction driving lesson. When I met my instructor, it was clear he was a patient, sympathetic and supportive teacher. At the beginning of my tuition, on the occasions when I drove in a potentially unsafe way, my instructor calmly took control, pulled into the side of the road and encouraged me to reflect on the potential consequences of my actions in such a way that I remembered not to do it again. This is something I needed given I wasn’t the most natural driver at the start. They’re also precious about their car… so they’d never let anything happen to it (or you! ). The quality of service throughout the tuition was extremely high. The first time I took my test, I failed with just 4 minors having gone from lacking confidence and occasionally being “whacky” (which is probably why I failed). The second time I took my test, I passed with just 1 minor. DLA will help you to perfect your driving skills and make you feel more confident about driving on the roads of a busy Cardiff which is very different from driving in my home town. Not only is the quality of tuition high, but DLA is sensibly priced. My instructor was always punctual, always had my interest at heart, and genuinely wanted me pass my test quickly, but safely. Along with the humour, understanding nature, and great conversation, I couldn’t recommend DLA more highly to new/inexperienced drivers. PASSED FIRST TIME WITH DEAN! I went through a difficult time with my previous instructor, which resulted in my driving confidence being dented. But that all changed as soon as I started having lessons with Dean. He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. More than that his style of instructing was exactly what I needed to rediscover my confidence in my driving ability; encouragement, positivity and thorough guidance is what I received in abundance from him. Whenever I made a mistake he would calmly ask me what went wrong and how could I prevent it from happening again in future - a simple but very effective approach. In all Dean is a sensational instrutor and I'm very privileged to have been taught by him.

I am grateful to my instructor Dean from DLA. He discussed all my mistakes during all my lessons and also explained it graphically on his tablet which was very helpful to recollect. Due to his brilliant teaching methods and technique, I passed my test the first time. He is friendly and patient which allows you to build your confidence and learn driving at your own pace.
