Removed old fireplace and installed chimney liner and wood burning stove. They were also supposed to point the brick work but although they admitted they used the wrong cement mix they haven't come back to fix it. Also supposed to plaster the chimney breast but as you can see from picture they haven't. So they would have got top marks for installing the burner, but lose marks for not finishing the job, not communicating and no customer service, which is a shame. What's worse is I was stupid enough to pay upfront.
Excellent on value and service. Report Review Nortons, the range cooker and stove centre In Sheffield, recommended Matthew from Cozy Stoves, along with two other installers. All three quoted to install our new stove but we decided to go with Cozy Stoves after speaking to Nortons for some feed back from other customers. We are very glad we did. They did a superb job, were very accommodating as we deliberated over quite what we wanted regarding the installation. They gave us advice over hearths, fireproofing etc. They were reliable, efficient and hardworking. We would highmy recommend them. Thank you Cozystoves, we are now sitting in a very snug sitting room!Moreexpand_more
I would like to recommend Matthew from Cozy Stoves, who came out and fitted a new flue liner and register plate for our new multi fuel burner and did all the usual smoke tests to make sure it was all sealed. He was friendly, turned up on time and very professional from start to finish. Cozy Stoves are very honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
